The good points first: - this B&B is in a very central location, as other reviewers have pointed out - Marco and his colleagues on reception were so welcoming, charming, helpful and kind (excellent restaurant recommendation - Le Bistro / efficient taxi booking etc) - the central heating was fine, the room nice and warm - the bed in our...

Location fantastic, we liked our room, but then we live in a 16th.C schoolhouse with lots of dark wood furniture so we felt at home. We had a back room, No.23 which normally would be a great choice if they weren't excavating the road behind the hotel !!!!! Marco on reception was great, breakfast not so great. However we really...

I rarely give such poor reviews (usually because one can find decent places on Trip Advisor). Stayed here two nights at the end of an Italian holiday as we wanted to be in close proximity to the station as we had an early flight and we wanted to spend a day visiting Lucca. In terms of location it suited our...

Breakfast staff rude and sarcastic no sense of being a guest more a burden... Cold terrazzo floor.... Make sure you take slippers or socks.. Yes is noisy outside but also a uni city and get used to...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We found our room to be a bit musty smelling. Our room fronted on to a very busy pedestrian street so when we opened our windows it was very noisy. The breakfast that was included with the price of the room was varied with...

We spent our last night in Italy at the Relais Centro Storico in Pisa. The staff were very friendly but the Hotel itself was a bit run down. Although the hotel is well located as it is very central, we found our room, which overlooked the main pedestrian shopping street, to be extremely noisy all night long.
