Cold room heating controlled by owners... Breakfast worse I have ever had... Makes you feel being watched for everything you have totally uncomfortable. Breakfast staff rude and sarcastic no sense of being a guest more a burden... Cold terrazzo floor.... Make sure you take slippers or socks.. Yes is noisy outside but also a uni city and get used to...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We found our room to be a bit musty smelling. Our room fronted on to a very busy pedestrian street so when we opened our windows it was very noisy. The breakfast that was included with the price of the room was varied with...

We spent our last night in Italy at the Relais Centro Storico in Pisa. The staff were very friendly but the Hotel itself was a bit run down. Although the hotel is well located as it is very central, we found our room, which overlooked the main pedestrian shopping street, to be extremely noisy all night long.

We stayed here for one night. Communication was excellent prior to coming here. We were arriving early so we knew our room would not be ready, however we were able to store our bags until we returned later in the day. The hotel was extremely easy to find from the train station. There were no lifts that we could see,...

Stayed one night at this hotel and had a great experience. Marco (who I'm presuming is the proprietor) went out of his way to be welcoming and helpful - he met me on the street and helped me to navigate parking in the small garage, and then made a big effort to recommend good restaurants. All the staff were lovely....

What a lovely hotel. we loved it, the rooms were clean, bed was soooo comfortable, furniture was old but well maintained. The hotel is located in the centre amongst the shops and restaurants, 10 mins walk over the bridge to Tower and many other interesting sights of this city. Pisa is a very old city, and there is so much...

It is between railway station and the duamo. So location wise it is great. No lift and we were on the 2nd floor. It is dated and not very well maintained. We would look for a different one if we returned to Pisa

Great location in the center. The street is pedestrian, so, you won’t arrive by car next to the entrance. No elevator, if you stay upstairs, prepare to walk up with your luggage. By night can be really noisy due to the location. We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite. The neighbors from the opposite house seemed to have a lot of...
