This establishment offers the perfect Bed & Breakfast experience. Over looking the court yard garden, this large bedroom offered a self contained bathroom and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. The room had a comfortable bed and ample cupboard space with a safe. The rooms were very clean and the towel's etc were in good condition. The breakfast was excellent, and...

Pros: This B&B is clean. Nice hall on first floor leading to our room, the Lavender. The shower and bathroom is good. The room was spacious and clean. Free Wi-Fi, always a bonus and air conditioning. Cons: The décor (curtains and bedspread) were dated. It is about 30 mins walk into the centre of things in Pisa and the walk...

Found this place very clean and friendly. Roberto picked us up from the bus stop so no trying to find the place, he also took us to a perfect little restaurant so we would know how to get there and back and on the morning of our departure took us to the station. We spent in B&B only one night with my husband and arrived late night but Monica was really helpful and friendly. The hospitalty and service was very good, and the breakfast is also tasty, different type of foods with handmade cakes. I'm sure that we will come back next time.

We couldn't be better treated than a this B&B. The couple who owns it went out of their way to welcome us, the staff was great, the rooms were great, breakfast was great. It didn't get a perfect score from us only because it lacked a good place to stay in and relax with a book or a beer. But...

I stayed here with my husband and teenage children on our last night of a 10 day holiday in the area and as seemed close to the airport and close enough to walk into the centre of Pisa for our final meal. The area is quiet and as described with plenty of free street parking. It really looks nothing special...

Although this hotel is a bit of a walk from the main sights of Pisa (30 mins) it is so lovely that's it's worth the walk. Clean, quiet and beautifully done out with the best breakfast we've had in Italy. It's in a quiet suburb of Pisa with plenty of nearby parking so handy if you're en route to somewhere...

Spacious-roomed guest house, colazione(breakfast) in the giardino is typical continental, en suite room, with spacious shower and well equipped with kettle and coffee / tea etc. very good breakfast,...
