We booked the hotel, because of the location, which was definitely a big point. The hotel is very near Pisa tower and just 10 min walking to the train station. The hotel itself is more than terrible. Very high price for nothing, not friendly staff except the boy at the outside bar who was working in the morning. The staff... More

After being left in the lurch by another local Hotel the receptionist at this Hotel was very kind and allowed us to stay in a family room for three (there were four of us) and the place could not have been nicer. The family also own the bar and restaurant next door and offer a 15% discount for residents -... More

You know a smile and a kind word go a long way and that's what we got here. The rooms are a bit basic but a decent size and clean and tidy. The beds and pillows comfortable. The prices are reasonable. They have a restaurant in the garden which is good - that's the food, atmosphere and the service. All... More

We stayed one night only at Pisa and we unfortunately chose that place.we arrived there at 1:00 in the midnight and they did not let us stay just half hour extra the next morning. Bad facility, awful matreses, very old furniture. The worst value for money ever, 80 euros for that place is true cheating. I admit that it was... More

We spent four nights at the Hotel Amalifitana. The hotel is ideally situated, literally a 5 minute walk away from the Campo dei Miracoli where the Tower, Cathedral & Baptistery can be found, as well as many lovely restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful & although we didn't eat at the hotel we did have... More

The hotel was fairly average, with a plain room and a street view. The location was nice, however, since it was within walking distance to both the train station and the Piazza Dei Miracoli. One plus was the breakfast, which they offer for €5 per person. It was very good, with soft croissants and a large selection and fresh juices,... More

As one of a party of 8 travellers, initially the staff were helpful and the rooms were fine, the experience was tarnished when, after settling the bill in cash on arrival, the credit card used to secure the booking was re-charged and then the hotel claimed that we hadn't paid in cash. Numerous phone calls and emails to the hotel... More
