The hotel is located at a residential area of Pisa. It's 15-20 minutes far from pisa airport with a cab. If you prefer public transportation, you need to take the bus or pisa mover shuttle bus from the airport to Pisa centrale train station then get on bus no 13 (or no 22 after 8pm) from the bus stops in... I stayed at Casa Betania through mid-July 2016. I got a single room located on the first floor and I would only be in the room during the evening. The hotel is definitely on the outskirts of town. It takes 45-50 min on foot to reach the main street which leads to the Leaning Tower, so keep that in mind... More

The lady spoke no English upon check in! When we went to the room, there was a 8in box TV with 3 blurry non English channels. When we went to speak to her about that and the cleanliness of the room she had someone translate that there were no other rooms available and shooed us off. The bed was hard... More

Excellent budget hotel. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. 2 miles from the Leaning Tower, but that is not a bad thing as the area in which the hotel is situated is very quiet, albeit a little bit on the seedy side. Having a car would be good, although not essential as the number 17 bus stop is 200... More

This hotel was big, has a good breakfast included and great espresso coffee machine (which is rare nowadays), there's an elevator, and a bathroom in each room. The only thing is that it's like in a residential area but only about 10-15 minutes away from tourist attractions. This turned out to be better because it was nice and quiet, unlike... More

This hotel was very nice. There are small rooms, but for oversleeping is enough. There is a balcoon in every room and a fridge. It is not very close to the city center, about 4 km. Breakfast was delicious.

Good hotel for the price. Bus stop is very near to the hotel. While booking online please get your passcode too. 10 to 15mins journey to Piza centrale Railway station. ..........................................................................

Unfortunately, this was not a good choice in the Pisa area for a hotel. Although, we were provided with 3 different WiFi codes...none of them ever worked during the entire stay. The hotel was located in an area difficult to find. And upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes to check-in while the concierge was placing a food order... More

An overnight stop at Casa Betania gave us the opportunity to view the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The rooms were clean, small but adequate, and the staff helpful. The decor was not to our taste, a little too much of one theme. The standard of English spoken was good even though we had hoped to try out our Italian! Breakfast... More
