Arriving late in Pisa and leaving early in the morning I booked this hotel because it is right next to the train station. The hotel is very outdated and the rooms are tiny but we only stayed for a few hours' sleep so we didn't expect much. Location is super convenient as its literally a 30" walk from the station.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, is way too expensive in addition when we asked for the wi-fi password the male receptionist was very rude, he didn't even tell us how to turn the lights because they have a system to lock the door and turn the lights at the same time with a card , in our room it didn't... We booked one night on a overnight stay in Pisa, the only hotel available on net. What a find, opposite the station, close to everything, the staff were excellent, good Italian breakfast included in the price. The room was not very big, but had private bathroom. Very clean, not dust found anywhere. WILL stay here again. The only down fall... More

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel (prev. 2010) There has been a drop in their reception staff standards since my earlier visit when I was allocated a ground floor room. There is no elevator, lift, to the 1st floor rooms, so lugging heavy baggage is difficult for a 70's man. The stairs and corridor were in darkness until... More

I was relocated here by booking.com after my booked B&B overbooked and said they couldn't take me. I was quite worried when I saw reviews. However I have had no problem with receptionist. He gave no indication of predating on lone women. He just looked tired maybe overworked. The hotel is a good standard with proper doors and fittings and... More

I spend one night in this hotel, solo in a single room closed to the reception desk. first the receptionist was a bit intrusive and called me in my room, asking my number. he should stay professional and that's enough. then the room is tiny, impossible to breath because with a strange humid smell. the AC didn't work. the internet... I stayed in this hotel for one night for a weekend trip to Pisa. I was traveling alone and I would not recommend this hotel to any woman traveling alone. During the check-in the (male) receptionist asked me very inappropriate questions such as if I am married, if I like to go dancing and to drink beer and in the... More

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is located directly opposite Pisa's central train station. However,I found the staff were particularly unhelpful and rather ponderous. In addition, the breakfast provided was bland and very basic.I would definitely not stay there again.

This hotel is a budget option. It is next to the train station and within walking distance to the Leaning Tower. The room was very clean. AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. It isn't cute or pretty though, and doesn't have any atmosphere at all. Parking is in a locked lot next door... More
