In no way a boutique hotel. Our welcome was like a couple of prisoners arriving at the gulag. This place is nothing what so ever like the photos on booking.com etc. the building is uncared for, the rooms are dirty, moldy ceilings, mold in the bathroom. The "pool" area in the car park is unsafe and unhygienic and infested with...

They should update the photos on the portal, here's one, to make an idea. Ok, it's maybe cheap but nobody can stay in such a room. Bad bad bad bad bad experience, you can see it yourself, this place should be closed off

We stayed two nights in this B&B in July 2016.We had a room on the first floor, which was rather spacious (three bedded room for two). There is a TV (Italian channels only) and a more or less functioning air condition. The place has seen better days and everything is a bit old and used. The Villa definitively has potential...

Good location for the tower. We unfortunately got given a room right by the main entrance. It was impossible to get a bit of sleep as the door buzzer kept going of with people letting the door slam in their way in or out. Our shower leaked and the bed was to hard but we have found all the beds...

Booked 4 nights and cancelled after one. Place is disgusting. Can't us pool as area is not safe and is filthy. Wouldn't go near pool as could catch something. Cat faeces everywhere and flies. No toiletries, Mini bar etc as it says when booking. Wouldn't trust breakfast at all as food left out overnight. State of hotel is also horrible....

The hotel really had a lot to be desired. If this is a 3 star I would hate to stay in a 2. The pictures are nothing like the hotel a pool area that's all overgrown the rooms have lights broken key coded entry system reminds me of a jail a loud at night. The toiletries in our room where...

- If the owner spends some money to repair rooms and the garden, the place will be perfect. Everything seems abandoned.... the rooms had dirty walls, there was mold in the bathroom walls. Τhe sconces of lighting beside the beds were stuck with tape..... +the only good thing adout the suites is the location ( we went on foot to...

We were surprised that our room had extra room with 2 beds and a personal refrigerator. It is very clean. It has hair dryer though no provision for hot water for coffee. The hotel staff is very helpful and polite. It is clean but there was some molds in the bathroom. The self-serve breakfast was awesome. They provide croissant, fresh...

We stayed there on our fist day in Italy, we got this hotel because is really close to Pisa duomo, since we were walking was the best option (for the price). The rooms were claims but they need a little be more of work; we had a WC on our room ( not shearing is much better) and the breakfast...

looked great on the web, but so disappointing in reality. So run down, dilapidated and neglected that it was like a cheap hostel. lizard in room, broken shower, one soap to share between shower and sink, no shampoo, no staff manning the reception day or night, gardens gone wild and fenced off rather than maintained, kept awake by noise of...
