It was one of the most beautiful places in the world. Very well located, less than 1 kn form town. the apartment are very well furnished and the property is very well landscaped. the best time to go there would be in October, when the weather is cool

We stayed in the second floor apartement - Massino. It was basic but clean with wonderful views of the town and countryside. We loved the fact that I could run to the bakers in the morning and walk to town (even in the heat) in the evenings. The pool was great and the wine tasting good value. Facilities were basic...

This place is beautifully renovated and the standard is high. Well-equipped and spacious apartments We stayed in one of the large ground floor apartments - L'Oliveta - with table and chairs just outside on the lawn which is kept nice and green. The pool area is just awesome with a fantastic view of the wine- and olivefields and the nearby...

We stayed here for a week as part of our honeymoon trip to Italy. the place is so beautiful! We stayed in the Fusaia apartment on the first floor. It had a beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside, this was facing in the direction of the pool, not towards San Gimignano. The apartment was lovely & clean. There was no...

We spent one week in Fattoria Abbazia Monte Oliveto in July in the two bedroom appartment with the terrace . There is so much to recommend, the entire place is so well looked after and clean, from the appartment with all its facilities to the grounds. The location just a 10 - 15 stroll into San Gimignano was excellent. As...

I booked on line and I was very happy with how the holiday went. Marianna is the girl who works there and she was very professional throughout. The apartment was a one bedroom. It had everything we needed except I would have liked a coffee maker. It was very spacious. If we have any problems, eg. we couldn't work the...

We spent a week at this agriturismo in May 2010. We rented a two bedroom apartment (the Massino) on the 2nd floor. The apartment faces the pool rather than the road and San Gimignano, but we did have a view of San G. from the side window. The view overlooking the pool and Tuscan countryside is beautiful. The apartment was...

This agriturismo is situated about a 15 minute walk outside San Gimignano. We stayed in a first floor apartment that was like a home from home, clean, spacious and very well equipped. We requested an apartment with views over the coutryside to the rear of the property and were not disappointed. The front of the property looks over San Gimignano...

My fiance and i travelled here in January this year. Nothing can prepare you for the views of San Gimignano from the property, however to the rear of the proeprty the views are equally impressive over valleys and vineyards. The property is immaculately clean and the apartments well finished. the poutside areas were also well presented and with a wonderful...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
About 1km from the medieval town of San Gimignano, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and vineyards cultivated with Vernaccia, lays the Agritourism of the Abbey of Monte Oliveto, built in 1340 by the Olivetan monks. Abbazia Monte Oliveto's farm, today property of the the Zonin family, offers 7 comfortable apartments, harmoniously furnished in typical Tuscan country style, dominated by the legendary towers of San Gimignano and immersed in the surrounding greenery of the countryside. Each apartment has every possible comfort, including heating, satellite television and telephone. The apartments are all different so there is something to suit everyone, and some rooms have bathrooms which are specially equipped for the disabled.
