Campo Regio Relais is a historic hotel in a building called Bastone del Pappagallo (16th Century), located in one of the ancient buildings within the historical centre of Siena. It can be found on Via della Sapienza, one of the main streets of medieval Siena, hosting both the University of Siena and the Academy of the Intronati. Its distinction is that it opens up to one of the most breathtaking views of the city in which the windows and the terraces reflect the ambient surroundings. The central position of the Relais allows guests to easily reach the most important monuments of the city; the main square, Piazza del Campo, the Duomo, and the museums that house the masterpieces of Siennese art. Campo Regio Relais is also perfect as a base from which you can discover the medieval towns and villages that surround Siena.

I stayed at Campo Regio, hotel room #6 a night before my wedding at Sanctuary of Santa Caterina. The church is just a few steps away from the hotel, and it was very convenient to reach it in my long wedding gown. Staying at Campo Regio has been a lovely experience all along - getting ready in a spacious room with an amazing view on Siena, enjoying tasty breakfast in a terrace, combined with authentic care by the hotel staff when we needed something. The hotel manager Maria-Luisa went an extra mile to make our stay memorable for many years to come! Definitely coming back!

What a wonderful hotel! Wow!!! We really, really enjoyed our three night stay with Camp Region Relais. Due to it being off season, we were the only guests at the hotel, and the two front desk gals (Maria Luisa and Anna) were so wonderful! I had several questions before our stay and they were very helpful answering them and also making restaurant reservations. During our stay, both helped us with all questions and were really friendly and polite! Our room was #5, was large, had a balcony and the most gorgeous view of Siena! So beautiful! They also were very kind to accommodate me by using unscented soap for the linens and towels since I am allergic to several scented things. We also used their laundry service which was great. The breakfast was great and they had a big assortment of foods, even though it was just the two of us during the stay. We loved Campo Region Relais and want to thank Maria Luisa and Anna for the hospitality!

On a scale of 1-5 this B&B was a 10! Gorgeous view, beautiful room with lovely antiques, great breakfast with so many choices and such friendly helpful staff. Ana was so nice helping us with everything from restaurant recommendations to travel assistance to calling about our lost luggage. We definitely want to go back !

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The front desk was very helpful with recommending restaurants that accommodate vegetarians. We loved the morning view during breakfast and found everything we needed with a quick walk. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
