It's very cold in rooms, even if the view is good from my side of room, it's a quiet place, the design is very rustic I'm not to happy to be here. Right now I am decided to go to another hotel or something. In the hot season it's ok.

This hotel, set inside an older residential building, has a lovely feel to it. Full of character and old world charm. The room was nicely decked out appropriate for its age, however, some parts were really showing their age. If you like all mod cons, this isn't the place for you. Utilities in the room are basic (no tea/coffee making...

The hotel was really close to a minimetro stop which made it really easy to get to from the train station with a heavy suitcase. It was only a 100m walk after a outdoor escalator up the hill. The hotel is also only 5min from the centre of town making it a great place to stay for the shops and restaurants.

Everything in this hotel is very old. Rooms are very dirty. Staff is very unkind and barely speaks English. Breakfast is nothing special but it's not bad. The only good thing about it is location, it's close to center.

We booked this hotel about one hour before entering it, in the holiday season so the fact that they had availability was very convenient. Other than this there weren't many positive things to say. The location is acceptable, across the street from the electric stairs that take you towards the center. The center is actually a 20 minute uphill walk...

I liked this hotel! It was full of character and the owner was very pleasant. He showed us to the secure parking spot behind the hotel on arrival and then explained the 3 key entry procedure to our accommodation. He showed us our room which was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony overlooking beautiful Perugia and Umbria! Wow...

I am traveling in Italy for a month- off season- so I am expecting better than average accomodations. This place has good and bad things. The staff is very nice and the location is good- just across the street from the escalator that takes you up to the old city. The rooms- not so good- mine had a nice view...

We (three adults) stayed here for two nights. It is an older building and feels more like a B&B (without the "Breakfast") than it does a hotel. The room was adequate and the beds were okay. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was on the tiny side. We had a room in the rear with an expansive view...

Friendly staff, nice view, warm room- enough, even though it was February- and very near the escalator to the center of the town. Don't expect too much from breakfast, but I liked all the rest. At the reception Signor Giacomo was very kind. There is a Tv in the room and a Wi-Fi. Hair dryer in the bathroom.
