We stayed for one night, booking at the last minute while passing through Geneva. The hotel was a little tricky to find (probably not helped by a less-than-keen Uber driver who couldn't seem to locate the street). Staff were happy to accept our bags as we had arrived earlier than check in time and when we returned, the process was... More

Reasonably priced, every kind of shop is nearby, friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen was simple but had everything I needed. I didn't know there would be a the possibility of doing laundry so that was a plus. Good WIFI, cable TV and it's near where I had events to attend. It was hot but I don't expect the hotel... More

The 'budget studio' was very dirty, old carpets, cigarettes and garbage under the bed, bathroom very, very small and poor standard. Bathroom smells like a slum! Behind the furniture more garbage, dirt and bugs. In summer, it is 50°C or more under the roof. The house lies in the backstreet, but there was noise every night. The wifi was okay,... More

The appartments are very convieniant for a longer stay in Geneva, the location is for me perfect, just outside the very busy and noisy centre, but in walking distant of my office. Shops are conviently close. Rooms are spacy, kitchenette is small but very practical. The only downside is that it's a non-smokers hotel, which I very much appricate as... More

Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed for a short stay, including a proper kettle! The staff were friendly and helpful, and were there until 8.00pm, which was useful. It was well located, just a few minutes from the tram, which all hotel residents can use free. There is a direct line to the centre, the... More

We are a couple who needed somewhere short term: stayed in a studio apartment and found it cosy and comfortable. Basic cooking and eating facilities were very useful. Currently undergoing some renovation but still tidy. No lift and spiral staircases so if unfit/immobile book carefully! 5 mins walk to tram stop no.15 Plenty of shops and eateries within a few... This is one of the smallest aparthotel we have ever rented. The only quality of this apartment is its location. It is difficult to read in the apartment because there are few lights in it. Reception is open only several hours per day.

I stayed at this hotel 7 days. I have very negative opinion about the hotel. You can think that you will pay less and will stay at good rooms but no. The rooms are very small, cleaning service is very bad, reception is very bad and wifi is awful. I paid 100 CHF for WIFI and it was very low.... More

I stupidly ignored reports of things being stolen in this hotel. I packed quickly when I left, and managed to leave my new Levis and a couple of dresses. i locked the door behind me. When I realised a couple of hours later and rang up the hotel, they said they werent there. There is no other explanation other than... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding our stay. Nonetheless as we do take these allegations quite seriously, I wish you would have contacted me directly in regards to the alleged missing items rather than simply posting comments online. A thorough internal investigation was conducted, an indeed no items were found after your departure, nonetheless some... More
