Everything about our stays on two occasions these past two weeks was outstanding. From checkin to checkout and everything in between was such a pleasant experience. All hotel personnel were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was chosen by the cruise line and met our needs for 2 nights. However, it is not near the city centre. The bus was close by and the transportation system in Geneva is safe and easy to use. There were a couple of restaurants nearby that served good food at a reasonable price. The room was clean, bright and spacious and served our needs but nothing stands our as memorable. The hotel served a buffet breakfast with lots of choice but the quality of the food led something to be desired. If you like a "chain hotel" experience than this hotel is for you.

The hotel and staff looked after us exceptionally well during our first stay to Geneva. The room was ready as we arrived at the hotel at 9:30am and they had kindly upgraded us to a room with a lake view to celebrate the reason for our trip. The staff could not have been more welcoming, kind and helpful during our stay. The concierge was extremely helpful and gave us many tips on where to visit during our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the setting is really special. The hotel is a 40 minute walk to the old town which we enjoyed each day, although the hotel do offer guests a travel card which allows use of public transport which was super easy. The swimming pool is wonderful - the only downside to our trip was our final day when there wasn't enough sun beds at the pool and we would recommend that perhaps hotel guests could reserve the beds to ensure this didn't happen. All in all a fabulous trip one that we will remember and the hotel 10/10! …

This is an excellent hotel ! We stayed for one night on our way from Chamonix to Reims and it was perfect for us. Service was first class, the room was large and had everything we needed, the lounge area welcoming, a drink poolside on the way back from a walk was lovely. Fond memory.

First I have to say that the hotel is well located although it is few kilometers away from the city center. The walk is fine. Our room was ok, nothing special although it was a suite. The interior design is not so much of my taste. But it was every day clean. The food was excellent and the breakfast was great. The fitness was ok, not many equipments but ok. And clean. Service was good enough. But now comes the “nearly there”: although I said we have late check out, they probably forget to write it down as coming from the pool, keys didn’t work. I asked not to put the disco music on in the gym from 6am to 8am. They said ok. Thank you for that. BUT, at 7.22am came a man who was puttIng the music on but as I asked not to, he was kind enough not to put it on. I like children a lot but to let them jump into the pool when others try to swim, not so ok. But the best people who made our stay great are Ms Silja, Ms Salome and Mr Jean. Thank you very much.…

Located close to the United Nations but quite a walk to the old town (about 40mins). However the bus stops just outside the hotel and provides easy access to the centre of town and the airport. We were upgraded to a large corner room with a disproportionately small bathroom (including a very dated bath with shower attachment). There was a good selection of UK channels available on the TV which was a plus point. The outdoor pool is seasonal and was closed when we visited. The gym was medium size with Technogym equipment. The bar had a nice warm ambience - helped by the open fire - but was overly expensive. Breakfast was probably the highlight for us, being a large buffet plus cooked-to-order dishes which were all excellent (and complimentary with our Diamond status).

It is a busy hotel for business people. The room and service are good. The breakfast has limited choice and a waiter dropped and broke a few plates near our table but no apology was offered. It seems that they lack sufficient skilled staff at the restaurant.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Arrived early and was meant to just drop off luggage and wonder off into town but was pleasantly surprised when the room was ready and provided straight away! Fantastic service by Yann at the check-in desk; just the right amount of friendliness and professionalism!! Very nice start to the stay. The room was comfortable on the 12th floor with good amenities (loved the Nespresso coffee maker). Luxurious bath robes and towels. Usual amenities like safe, minibar, etc. The Concierge (I think his name is Nicholas) was absolutely top notch! Very knowledgeable and full of great information. Snacks at the bar of good quality and the cocktails were also great. Breakfast was superb with incredible choices and an a la Carte option as well. Dinner at the Woods restaurant was very nice with very tasty meals and fantastic staff; attentive yet unobtrusive. Did not have the opportunity to utilise the spa services but …., The only downside was that the aircon was not very effective but was not a deal-breaker. Planning to stay when next in Geneva…

We were celebrating my Wife's birthday and were greeted by Lobna on reception (I may have spelt this name incorrectly, I apologise), Lobna was aware that we were celebrating and congratulated my wife. She upgraded our room to a huge corner suite which had amazing views over the lake and the city with dual aspect windows, fantastic! The suite also had an amazing bathroom and facilities. Lobna escorted us to our suite explaining the whole hotel and facilities. She also delivered to our room a pass to use on the travel network in Geneva. We went for a short walk and on our return found a cake, champagne and a personalised message, unbelievable! We were so happy. The next morning we took breakfast which we both agreed was the best ever! We have stayed in several Intercontinental Hotels and your breakfast was definitely the best with a large selection of delicacies to choose from. Lobna also arranged a late check-out which was so helpful to us. Our check-out was also smooth with Lobna's colleague, unfortunately we didn't take his name, sorry. Overall our stay was fantastic and really made the end of our stay in Geneva fantastic. Your hotel is fantastic however it is always the staff who make a hotel and Lobna and her colleague really made it for us so a huge thank you and we hope to see you soon!…
