It is a good boutique swiss hotel and the location is what you have to book this hotel for . Very close to the train station and to the main attraction Lake Lucern (including the old bridge).Rooms were tidy and comfortable and the continental breakfast was delicious . Just be aware that the cobblestone streets can make it a little...

Firstly, this hotel ticked all the necessary boxes for a pleasant stay. The service was wonderful as you would expect from a Swiss hotel, the continental breakfast was simple but enjoyable (my partner asks you to eat the honey schmacks cereal which we no longer get in Australia) and the location was perfect, personally I don't think you could stay...

Clean hotel with comfortable bed but pillows aren't the greatest. Front desk staff was friendly. Location is convenient the train station but cobblestone streets and walkways can make it difficult for walking with rolling luggage. Only a short walk to the famous covered bridges.

Space is at a premium in many European cities, but this room doesn't use up much of it. Apart from a lack of size, the one overhead light was so dim it was difficult to see anything. One side of the bed had a small bedside table, no chance on the other side. No room for suitcases. Why there was...

We have diffilculties hauling our suitcases along the stone-paved roads reaching the hotel. Other than that, all is well. (At check out we know better and book a taxi). Railway station, lake cruise jetty, chapel bridge, all within walking distance. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, but can become boring if you stay longer. No made to order...

This is a unique hotel. Older building with small rooms that have been updated to provide a nice experience. The staff is super and eager to please. We stayed for two nights and walked to the hotel from the train station with our luggage. If we go back to Lucern we will stay here again.

This place is great! We stayed for three nights. It's so close the lake. We didn't have lake views but some of the other rooms do! Very spacious and trendy! Was the perfect place to kick back and enjoy relaxing holiday in Lucerne! Breakfast could have had a slightly bigger selection but otherwise our stay was perfect!

Very good hotel in a great location. The staff was very nice and the room is big and comfortable. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is very good too! A good price for Lucerne... and the pizza is very good
