My husband and I visited Grindelwald and throughly enjoyed it. We honestly felt like we were living in a snow globe. Fabulous staff, location, views are stunning, also had delicious food. Rooms are quite and spacious. We hope to visit again someday.

We stayed in Grindelwald to catch the train to Jungfraujoch and found this fabulous hotel just steps away from the train station. And we were just so pleased when we entered the hotel lobby! Clean and beautifully decorated but nicer than shown in photos on website. I love the fresh lavender plants in the sitting area. Staff are polite, courteous,...

This was a gorgeous hotel with an incredibly hospitable staff. The location was great to explore Switzerland and gave us a wonderful retreat. The hotel was a model of luxury. I can't wait to revisit this hotel!

This nude spa is the best spa I have visited to date - and I have been to the largest in Europe and many other smaller spas including ones in Baden-Baden! I loved the 'spa village' style, each sauna is a little wooden hut, with each having a different theme. There is a mountain sauna - complete with a mountain...

I stayed last summer in this hotel with my family. We enjoyed our stay specially with the great hospitality shown by all the staff there. The hitel was perfectly located in an area full of resturants and surrounded by different range of activities. The view from the room was beutiful.

When we arrived, I was a little mistrustful that it would be a good hotel. The hotel outside is not charming. At all. But when you arrive at the reception you begin to like it: the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom with mountains' view is stunning. Than arrive every night, after long mountains’ climbing, face with gourmet-dinner...

Beautiful spa with a fantastic in town location. Really great staff small ski villa age feeling. Wonderful setting looking up at the scenery! The city is easy walking from this wonderful location. Would highly recommend. It is pricey especially during peak times

We stayed at GHR for five days to enjoy the Grindelwald area. We had an amazing stay. The staff and service were truly personal and exceptional. The Maitre De knew our name almost instantly. The bar and piano bar were very comfortable. There was always a fire going in the lobby. The view from the deck was amazing and our...

The location of this hotel has to be experienced to be believed, right at the foot of the Eiger. Make sure that the view is your primary requirement because otherwise this was the most expensive hotel in a 7 week European tour and probably the worst (in a range of excellent hotels). We didn't know until we arrived for two...

Period of stay. 9-12/9/2014 LOCATION - let say it's best location if anyone likes to make trip to Jungfraujoch. This hotel is few steps behind railway station, that's why people can save time to catch train to Junfraujoch (name of highlight-mountain in this area). The reason to save time is that train to Jungfraujoch is scheduled twice a day (...
