The first thing you notice about the Hotel Kreuz & Post is its fabulous location. Located at the center of town across from the rail station guests can quickly access this hotel which is a real bonus after a long journey up to the mountains. The hotel is also across the street from the ski buses thus anyone choosing this...

Location: In the very center of Grindelwald, the hotel is directly across the street from Grindelwald station, making it an ideal base to explore the Jungfrau region. You can also take the quick trip down to Interlaken for more shopping and dining options. Reception/Service: We were actually eating at the very good restaurant next door for lunch and decided to...

Hotel's location was wonderful if you are training to Grindelwald. It's only about 25m away from the train station. It's also central to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They spoke perfect english and were able to point us in the right direction. The facilities themselves are a bit dated. Typical european quality, not a...

My husband and I were here for 2 nights on a recent hiking trip. We found the staff VERY friendly and helpful with hiking trail suggestions, train schedules, etc. The room was a bit tired, but clean. And the bathroom looked as though it was recently updated. Beds were comfortable - and the restaurant was very good. Overall - very...

Of last year's group, three of us decided to return on our own using our previous tour leader's projected 2010 trips . One of the ladies I traveled with picked up the ball and planned the two...

This small, cosy hotel situated among mountains. The view through the windows of this hotel was very amusing. The service was good. People on reception were very kind and always ready to help you. The room is very neat , tidy and has a beautiful balcony. On the first floor you can have a small restaurant, with interesting furniture and...

This was our 3rd visit and we enjoyed it as much as ever. The Hotel is beautifully furnished. Our lovely room overlooked the Eiger and was a very good size with a seating area and balcony and plenty of storage. The food is great - beautifully prepared and served. 6 courses for dinner if you can manage them all which...
