In short: I had a great stay at this hotel. I think we had the Deluxe suite, but I'm not sure. They did their best to provide anything we needed, ofcourse within reason. Our suite had an amazing view. There was a Nespresso coffeemaker, fridge and a small safe. They cleaned the room every day and made sure there were full bottles of still and sparkling water on the table every day. The skischool is 2 min away by foot and the busstop is right in front of the hotel. The spa and roomservice were great too. We asked right away were the spa was and the gladly informed us.
As regular hosts at the Kulm for more than 25 years, it is always an enormous pleasure to come back and to feel at home in this marvellous environment. Over the years, the service offering progressively evolved to keep with the best standards of the evolving customer expectations. The quality of the food at the various thematic restaurants is impressive. The relaxing experience at the Spa is unique. We already look forward to our next visit at the Kulm in 2023.
We arrived earlier in the day and were met by the concierge team who took care of our luggage and parked the car allowing us to enjoy some sledging until the room was ready. On our return all the bags were already stored in our comfortable room which had big windows to enjoy the amazing and uninterrupted view of the surrounding peaks. Family friendly splash hour in the pool and jacuzzi was a hit with the kids. We enjoyed three great dinners in the hotels different restaurants and each time there was also a children's menu available. Cross the road to get the ski bus or walk less than 5 minutes to the nearest lift. The piste finishes opposite the hotel, which made it super easy when skiing with kids. The room, facilities, service, food and location allowed us to have a memorable and truly enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.…
It's a great hotel which we visited a couple of times before. I must say it was highly strange to have to reserve all the restaurants weeks in advance to avoid them being fully booked. Also the food options in the lobby are rather limited (specially for vegetarians). Some restaurants are closed certain evenings, which again is remarkable. The swimming pool area is great. The massage which we had was so-so. The hotel is kid-friendly, close to the ski-school and lift. The key-system could do with an upgrade. Walking around with ONE physical key is really 1999... upgrade to keycards or even wireless entry would definitely be more convenient.
Perfectly positioned 5-star Ski-in-Ski-out hotel offering big choice of restaurants with a thought of all dietary restrictions, great breakfast choice and spa area. The big windows at the spa are opening a beautiful view over the mountains. There are also billiard tables and other “games” for big and small. Great service from the welcoming to leaving the place. We would come back for sure.
Amazing staff, always there for the guests - friendly and highly professional. Very comfortable rooms, great size bathroom.Mineral water and chocolate in the room every day. Excellent Thai restaurant and Asian hospitality in the restaurant.
Wonderful Hotel with traditional Swiss hospitality at its highest level. Memories of childhood visits flooded back and the environment remains the same, friendly, impeccably clean and charming. A team that is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do professionally. Pick up was friendly and on time allowing us to head to the slopes immediately on arrival. When we checked in we found ourselves in a corner suite which was a beautiful surprise. Food is fantastic, we enjoyed the best fondue of a lifetime at the Piz Kulm. We were unaware of the nature of the set menu and left without a dessert as we were feeling rather full. In another example of the overall standard of excellence, we did not miss out on the dessert however as this was served the following evening. Ski-in and out rounds off the sheer convenience and comfort of the hotel. The only downside is that the standards were so high that other ski trips may not live up to this level. We were very sad to leave and will most certainly return again! A huge thank you to the Team for an unforgettable stay. The Kulm Arosa is very charming indeed!…
as always, we had a fantastic time at the Kulm, The staff is so lovely and super helpful. Perfect location, we enjoyed the hotel’s design, immaculate service, pretty view, amazing spa, good transportation, amazing food, coffee and several in house restaurants. We come every year and are already looking forward to being back. Special thanks to hotel manager Mr Coli, and Front Desk Manager Kevin.
Amazing Swiss winter experience, with nice spa, delicious food and great outdoor facilities. Especially we liked Thai restaurant in the hotel. The panoramic spa area is also great. The varieties of tees were offered to the guests at the spa area. Rooms are big and clean. Room service is also at the top level!
