I see the address on your site as Brantschenhaus20 Postfach 93, Zermatt. Which my GPS can't seem to locate. It finds a Simi at Bodmenstrasse. Is there something I need to change? Also (since I have you here) can you add to my reservation for May 1, to be in the new wing? It's under Diekroger. Thank you!
Hi I am planning to visit Zermatt sometime in June. You have mentioned that the Hotel is recommended specially in the snow months. Would you recommend the same property for June too? Also a bit concerned about your remark on the Hotel being short staffed and hence most things being in self service mode. Would be extremely grateful if you could elaborate. Thanks in advance Regards Sameer
I am sure that the hotel would be delightful in summer too. There is endless summer walking and I know the hotel staff will give recommendations. The smarter more expensive rooms have beautiful balconies and you can gaze at the mountains from the balcony. As to the hotel being short staffed this was not something I noted or commented on. It is a family run hotel like many in Switzerland. It is not short staffed but it does have an intimate feel to it. I prefer this kind of hotel to the impersonal service of a staff without any real interest in the guests or the hotel itself . I found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. They treat you like part of a family of guests.

Hi, we are planning to come to Zermatt in the month of june. We would like to know how far is the hotel from the train station. we will be taking a train from geneva. We will be reaching at around 8 in the evening. Is it safe to walk upto the hotel at that hour? is there any pick up available from the hotel? what are the charges for the same? Thanks
Good day from Zermatt Thank you for your request. The Hotel is 3 minutes from the train station. If you will arrive before 8 in the evening we will pick you up. You just need to call us. Past 8 you need to take a taxi, this is not for free. The prices are different so we can say for sure how many it will cost. We are pleased to welcome you in our hotel. Kind regards Team SIMI
