Haus Theodul was a very conveniently located apartment. It was about 5 minutes walk to the train station and also Matterhorn train which you take to the ski slopes. It was just behind the Main Street of Zermatt. It was very good value for the location and what you get - a newly renovated apartment with kitchenette. The staff were...

We stayed at the Haus Theodul for a week in July 2016. It’s an easy walk from the train station, off the main street a little way but simple to find, and there are just a few steps to negotiate with luggage. Many of the newer chalets are both quite a bit farther from the station and up steep hills...

Hospitality is the first impression that the guesthouse staff gave me. They gave us a warm welcome while we check-in. Very easy access to this place via Zermatt station. The coop supermarket is just opposite the train station. The room is surprisingly spacious with fully-equipped kitchen. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable. We can view the village from...

These apartments are very comfortable for larger parties. We had 6 people in a two bedroom with twin murphy beds. The beds were nice. Shower had good force of water and hot whenever you wanted. We had a small kitchen where we could cook meals. The unit had a large wrap around balcony with nice views.

Booked through e-mail & all smooth. We even got a free upgrade from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom apartment for 4 adults! What a pleasant surprise! Location priceless, just a short stroll from the main train station. Although there is a restaurant/pub downstairs, we hardly heard anything on the 3rd floor. Aprt SO spacious & clean, plenty of space for...

Wow what a location in the centre of town, very close to restaurants and two supermarkets whilst being a quiet area. The Apartments are great we stayed in 301 and 401 each for a week. Theses are 2 bed apartments which are large and bright. Both are south facing and have extremely large balconies from which you can admire the...

The owners son was very rude to us. We had booked a studio apartment. The email we received stated that the place had "Twin Beds". However, on reaching there we found that the beds could not be joined together and had a 4 inches gap between them! Further, the mattresses were also of different heights so in addition to a...

First of all, this is not really a hotel but an apartment house, but for some reason it appears as a hotel in Tripadvisor! I've stayed here three times now in the past year: once in a small studio apartment, once in a 1-bedroom, and most recently in a two-bedroom apartment. Having stayed in Zermatt many many times in the...
