This was my second stay at this hotel. I have chosen it because it is one of the cheapest options in the Zug and near the train station. Since it is a budget hotel, you do not expect too much from it. The biggest disadvantages in my point of view are: - too little light in the room. There was... More

After reading the reviews here I was actually pleasantly surprised by this hotel - my expectations were super low. The room was clean and Wifi was good. However, many of the negatives were lived up to: > the room was small with a tiny shower room. > the code system for the doors is a bit odd > the church... More

Helpful receptionist who explained everything well. The room was simple but it was all I needed and wanted. The bathroom was functional but the shower was welcome. The wi-fi signal meant I could work conveniently. The places I had to visit were around the station area so the location was perfect. It is about 10 minutes to walk to the... More

Except the woman at the reception, everything was just awful. 6 square meter room, with a bed along the wall (...). Breakfast was on the same path with nothing to eat. This "hotel" is just a trap, so pass your way

If your stuck for a place to stay this is not the worst place you could stay at Receptionist was helpful not inviting Having booked three rooms at short notice and best part of 500 bux you would have thought they be happy for the business Think there's a bit of complacency about the place No keys. Just a code... More

I was there on business. The reception- when open was veey friendly. Even though the room was clean, the room was in need of renovation. It was a very warm summer's day, so in this small room it was like a sauna. The interior makes the room look even smaller & you just feel like wanting to get out. Breakfast... More

Check in process was pleasant and quick. The rooms were very clean but basic. No aircon, sink in the room not in the toilet, didn't replace my bottle of water on the second night. Beds were comfortable, lots of hangers for clothes. The hotel is about 15 minutes easy walk to the lake. There is a clock tower opposite the... More

Quite clearly a hotel living off the fact that there are very few other options available within Zug. The prices charged seem to be inversely proportional to the quality and standard of rooms. There is no air conditioning, dread to think what staying in Jul/Aug would be like in terms of heat. Bathroom is small. Very small. My room on... More

Arriving at this hotel after 9pm is weird - you have to "check in" via a machine that is outside (not great in the cold and rain at midnight) - this took ages for four people and our cards were charged despite our company giving a credit card during booking. Massively frustrating as this wasn't clear during booking. Stayed in... More

More like a students’ hostel than a hotel. No facilities, reception is outside, restaurant is also outside, poor breakfast with items quickly taken and not replaced. In the hotel only one lift, very small rooms, tiny bathroom, there is even no enough space to open a window in half. Although room was clean. Quite noisy and during the night you... More
