The location of the hotel is really nice, it is just next to the train station Zürich Wipkingen and almost on the bank of the River Limmat. Due to the location you can reach anywhere without any hassle which is an obvious advantage for the first time visitor in Zurich. The price range of this hotel is just in the Average or Cheap range in contrast to other hotel in Zurich.

My first and quite good experience with easyHotel in Zurich made. Close transport links, walk to the Löwenbräu stop in a good 5min. and then by streetcar you are in Zurich city in 15min. or by train which stops directly opposite in about 10min. At the Zurich main station. Positives: Externally very well kept and quiet area despite train tracks directly opposite it was quiet at night from the outside. Negatives: The hotel is very brighthörig and you can hear the room neighbors at the evening bed sport. The shower or bathroom is very small. Reminds me of the staff cabin shower you shared with your cabin neighbor. The shower stall still holds the water in the stall, you could theoretically leave the stall door open and the water doesn't run off fast enough so this almost always overflows. For three nights, the price-performance ratio was still good. Would book here again when I visit Zurich. Shopping should be done before the stores usually already at 20:00 clock to some have until 21:00 clock on…

When I arrived the self check in process was fine and worked well, except I checked in after 3pm as is allowed but when I arrived to my room it hadn’t been cleaned … like AT ALL. Rubbish in the bins, towels dirty, bed linen dirty and all over the place, one curtain was torn down, dust as though it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks let alone days. No reception means you can’t contact anyone. I messaged easyHotel, they said go to the non existent reception. I cleaned the sheets myself in the washing machine provided. Only two days later when the cleaners came by did they explain I should’ve called the number on the check in area wall. Why? They hadn’t even received a request to clean this room . Terrible service and no help. Then I had a group of young lads running around and screaming all night on our floor. I saw through the peep hole they were half naked and banging on doors. The only good thing was the better price…

Basic room, smallish but enough. Comfy bed & great shower, was clean & safe, all I require! Did however have free guest laundry and sold detergent in lobby ... Bonus! Self check in & check out, super easy! Lockers for luggage storage if needed.

Hotel was right outside a train station that was not long to airport or city centre , Rooms were small but clean,shower nice and big TV No actual reception staff though You check in on 2 computer terminals in tiny foyer ,so no discretion if the hotel isn't busy to check in before 3 o'clock hence you have a queue of people at 3 all waiting to check in ,hence making it very time consuming filling name address ,passport etc online,which would be a problem if you're not good with computers ,before you can go through to rooms ,slept ok ,not sure if would stay again I think for the price we paid which was 118 pounds a room a night I would probably go elsewhere

no air conditioning no table no parking and have to wonder about in the block to find space shower tray was blocked and water was flooded in the room with millions hair stocked in main hole and i have to clean it for family photos are available no one here for help load music in neighbouring

The location is great, and adequate for the (pricey) location. But the absence of anywhere to put a laptop, (there was not even the tiniest of table in the room!) meant that it had to rest on the floor, which in the presence of children is entirely inadequate. Also, for a stay extending over several nights, there was not enough hanging/storing space for clothes. The tap was broken and the floor dirty. All in all a nice room, in a great location. But the issues raised here (somewhere to put a laptop on an even surface off the ground; Fixing the tap; cleaning the floor) should be addressed.

I couldn't stay hotel due to COVID 2019 we change the dates til Christmas but as Austria locked down and only Swiss citizens can enter So why on earth why can't can't give refunds if there's no wayto get into Switizerland! and no visas are being issued! Thief's of budget hotels also as we were only going to stay 3 days and you have self isolate for 10 days

in this expensive city, we have to evaluate the hotel relatively. No staff, self check-in, room ok, clean. Beds ok. Nice hotel just to sleep. You can walk through the beautiful river to city center!!! Not good sound insulation from other rooms. plus is the washing machine and dryer.
