It is my first time to visit Zurich. The hotel is recommended by my colleague. It has a good breakfast and large bed. The wifi quality is quite good and the hotel allows 3 devices to be connected by one password. The number 7 tram will take you to the hotel from railway station to Sorell.

The hotel is in a very good location in Zurich. Tram stops almost at the door, station 5 minutes away and close to main shopping precinct. Staff couldnt be more helpful and polite, rooms are clean, big, and all you need. Breakfast is wonderful.

Our 25 kg capacity luggage bag handle broke and hotel reception saved the situation by lending us a toolbox full of tools and screws and bits and pieces that enabled us to fix the problem without costing us a cent. Hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. Service and facilities were of a high standard. Hotel location is excellent and...

Very good location in a quiet street close to the tram stop. The room is very confortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpfull. It is just a short walk, around 10 minutes, to the city center, train station, shoppings, museums and touristic attractions.

Small hotel in a local chain but very personal. Great cooked breakfast with homemade jams and breads. Rooms are spacious as are bathrooms and clean. Very close to centre of town- 10 mins walk or 4 tram stops to main train station! Trams go all night past hotel but I didn't find them disturbing- get a number 7 or 15...

The hotel is tidy enough and location is ideal for central Zurich. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre. The rooms are quite small and there is limited parking, Breakfast was a little disappointing. This hotel is ideal if you want prefer the small non standard chained hotels (although this is still part of a small chain)...

The hotel is conveniently located very near the Tram #7 stop. All of Zurich is rapidly accessible. Positive qualities: very clean, quiet, friendly and hospitable staff, excellent WiFi, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. No negatives. The superior queen room on the upper floor has wonderful space and a deck with chairs and table – well worth the upcharge. This a...

Every thing was nice except no clear instructions that we should take tram instead of walking from train station to the hotel. It is almost exhausting assuming you hv to carryover your luggage over steep hill & staircase 😞. The pros are the hotel staffs are friendly & accommodating, the rooms do provide apple, mineral water (a surprise) & tea...

I live in Zurich and stayed here for a week while my apartment was being renovated. Location is great. About 5 mins out of the city and very close to the main station, main shopping street (Bahnhofstrasse) and the old town. You can either walk or catch a tram which is just outside the hotel. Our room was on the...
