The hotel has a great location near to the center and personal are very nice. We had 2 rooms: one for 3 people which was quiete good and 1 other for 2 people. The room for 2 people was very very small: no space between the 2 single beds and the washroom was minuscumous (no place between the shower and...

We stayed in a room with two single beds, both of which were much smaller than a single bed, with barely a 10cm walkway between them. Shower was in the bedroom and shared toilet in corridor. Noisy all night long with people in and out of the building, the door barely fit the frame which was the main part of...

We were looking for a cheap and cheerful place to rest our head in between flights. We didn't need luxury of any kind as it was only a stop over. We arrived late in the day and reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given a room on the entrance corridor, which having a heavy bag and seeing the...

We stayed here for one night. It was perfect for what we needed; a place to rest. We spent little time here other than sleeping so can't make any comments on the quality of food etc. Would definitely come back if we were going to visit Amsterdam again.

Not transfer service and i took this hotel only for that service. Booking put in the webside that option and is a lie!! For the rest, the personal, a cafeteria and rooms are very good and very confortable!!

Perfect location!! Room was standard, clean and tidy. We had the quadruple room and lucky enough to have the balcony looking out from the front of hotel. We asked if allowed to smoke and they said as long as balcony door was shut. Was very unsure from reading other reviews i.e. With bedbugs, we had no trouble! Only complaint was...

When we arrived we were a bit early but the room was ready which was good. Unfortunately, there were stains on the carpet and damaged furnishings (dent in the table). We shared the room with a very squashed spider stuck to the wall and elegantly illuminated by the light fitting below. TV would loudly turn on at 6:30am on its...

Pictures are misleading, walls are paperthin (we could hear the people in the next room sneezing), floor was not particularly clean. One of the only good things was the view on the canal. I understand it was Christmas, but a fair price wuold have been the half of what I paid.

A friend and I arrived at the hotel mid evening around 8 o'clock. Hotel receptionist very friendly towards us and asked if we had a pleasant journey. He immediately upgraded us to the king size room that they have. Great place to stay, definitely will stay there again.

The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to the center without using a tram. The room was nice and clean. The only problem was that the bed was really tiny (maybe 80 cm wide) and while sitting on the wc you can't almost close the door :) But that's just Amsterdam and ist tiny hauses :)
