All in all cannot complain for the price, room was very basic and with no obvious control for the radiator had to move the bed away from the wall to prevent cooking in our sleep. Staff found to be friendly and showed us places of interest on the map. They even let us into our room early as I didn't...

We love Amsterdam but this accommodation was definitely not our favourite. Paper thin walls, cleaner tried to vacate us on day 1 of our stay, let himself into our room. Really only a place to sleep, beds comfortable but single bed too narrow, my son fell off it twice. Management not very helpful, our booking was cancelled before we even...

plus points: good shower (hot and strong spray of water) good bed (hard with nice pillows and blanket) easy to get to with public transportation (about a 5 minute walk to the tram) cheap (around 70 euro) bad points: cold at night (Had to put extra clothes on in the middle of the night) coffee stains on the wall (nasty...)...

The room was very small: the bed was as wide as the room, so I couldn't get out of the bed the sides, and anyway the space in front of it was just enough for the bag (and if I put the bag there, I couldn't open the very narrow wardrobe). The shower in the bathroom had no curtain, so...

The place was ok, but we have a problem in the bathroom and we had to exchange to another hotel (same group). we had been exchanged to a smaller room. The lady in the hotel was very kind to us and tried to solve the problem. But, in the end, the shower was impossible to fix and we had to...

Nice clean rooms maintained daily . Good selection of food for breakfast all tasty. Really helpful and friendly staff who are happy to give information, advice and directions. They also arranged airport transfer and printed documents for a small charge. Nice quiet location away from the busy city centre but within easy walking distance of attractions or tram.

Stayed here for 3 nights and don't have a bad word to say staff were amazing friendly and accommodating. Good location short walk into the centre or everything looks out on a beautiful canal. Rooms are small but comfortable beds stairs are steep but typical of Amsterdam would definitely recommend staying here

Basic rooms but a good price for Amsterdam. Excellent staff and very good breakfast. Breakfast room and garden room very good but the rest of the hotel needs a face lift. Good position for trams and five minutes walk from Metro.
