Really liked this hotel. The interior is bright and fun and the rooms comfortable and really clean. I would recommend eating breakfast in the hotel as there aren’t any obvious cafe options nearby. That said, the hotel breakfast was very nice and offered a good...More
Great hotel. Trams 1 and 17 run to centre. Staff efficient and friendly. Highly modern and spotless. Food at breakfast plentiful but would benefit from plate heater. Drinks a little expensive in comparison with city bars. Would recommend hotel.
Upon arrival we were asked for an extra 100 deposit which was taken out of our account there and then.
I have emailed many times about the refund, 2 months on still haven't received it.
Wouldn't recommend due to this

From Schiphol head to the trains, they’re inside the airport so you don’t actually have to exit the building, there are big electronic machines in the centre where you can buy a ticket. The stop you are heading to is Lelylaan. When entering this on the machine you must put “Amsterdam Lelylaan” otherwise the stop won’t come up as we found. There are also ticket desks in the corner for assistance, and there should be someone standing in the middle to tell you which platform to head to. Once you are on the train it is very close, and walking distance from the the train station but if you have big or a lot of suitcases it might be better to jump in a cab, or use an Uber.
The swimming pool is free to use alongside the towels which you can bring down from your room and will be changed for you. We received free slippers and dressing gowns as we used the spa services. Otherwise I’m not sure
