Hospitable and caring beyond measure! I had a unique reservation situation and the staff worked with me as if I was a member of their family to accommodate. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

This is a boutique hotel, which feels like you are staying in someone's old house. The amenities were nice and the bathroom resembled what you would expect from a luxury hotel. You also had slippers, robes, etc. The location was on a canal in a busy area, which is considered prestigious. That is where it ended. The upkeep was minimal....

We stayed at the Dylan for two nights in April 2017 with our two year old son. We were on a mixed business / leisure trip. Positives: - Brilliant location on Keizersgracht, within minutes of several tourist attractions such the Anne Frank House or starting points for different canal cruises. - Very attentive, friendly staff. The concierge was very helpful...

We have been going to Amsterdam regularly since the early 90s and I have always struggled to find a good hotel until we tried the Dylan Highly recommended, unfortunately the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday which were the days we were there, we hear it is excellent

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your personal Dylan Experience. It is an honor to read that we have been recommended. A shame of course that our Michelin Restaurant was closed during your stay. We hope to welcome you on your next Amsterdam visit, in the hotel as well as in Restaurant Vinkeles. With kind regards,...

Our family trip to Amsterdam was a great success in no small part due to The Dylan and its wonderful staff. The rooms (admittedly suites) were modern, chic, large and had fabulous views of the canal. The staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful and charming. The food was delicious - breakfast was perfect and our meal in Vinkeles...

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of amsterdam. Friendly staff. Had lunch there and the food is great. Modern interior. Valet parking eventhough expensive. A bit strange is that they valet park your car when you arrive but for leaving they dont pick it up and explain you where to get it, not really a five star experience.

Stayed at The Dylan for a second time and saw major improvements from 3 years ago. The majority of staff were absolutely first class, the welcome was genuine and the feel good factor was high. The room was very well appointed, warm, clean and comfortable with a high level of detail. Sadly the breakfast experience did not mirror and whilst...

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the small details are attended to, from the welcome warming tea at reception at check in, to sitting by the fire in the lounge with wine into the wee small hours. The room was a good size with a decent wardrobe and washing area. The breakfast was plentiful with eggs included cooked how...

I am truly sorry to give only two stars to an otherwise top hotel. They Dylan is chic and stylish. The staff is excellent. The common areas very attractive. The food first-rate. The problems are that the room had terrible lighting. One could not see to put on make up or shave. Even when additional lights were supplied by the...
