This UNESCO World Heritage Site is as historically significant as it is perennially popular. Whether you’re a history buff, architecture enthusiast, shutterbug, or fashionista, odds are you’ll find the Amsterdam you're looking for while roaming around the Grachtengordel (Canal Ring). A brilliant place to get lost in a moody meander and a key component to any sightseeing trip to Amsterdam, this area's major draws

How to travel to Hotel Sebastian’s from the Airport:
By Taxi (25 minutes):
From Schiphol Airport you can take a taxi at around € 50,-. It will take about 25 minutes. Please agree before entering the taxi and only use taxis from the official Taxi stand !! There are numbers of horror stories about illegal taxis picking up people at the airport. We advise you to always take notice of the taxi number and licence plate number. Should you forget something in the taxi or should there be a dispute about the fare, it will be easier to trace the driver.
By Shuttle Bus (45 minutes), available between 06:00 a.m. – 21:30 p.m.:
It is also possible to take the shuttle bus, which is €17,50 per person for a one way ticket and € 27.00 for a return ticket. Please note that it will take about 45 minutes up to an hour. It will pass other hotels in Amsterdam and therefore takes more time to arrive at our hotel. In case you are with more than 3 persons, we advise taking a taxi.
A train to Amsterdam Central station(15 minutes):
The trains from Schiphol airport to Amsterdam Central Station run very often, during the day they run every 10 minutes and in the night every hour. The price for a one way ticket is €4,-.
Taxi From Amsterdam Central Station (5 minutes):
A taxi fare from the Central Station should cost about €10,-. Please note that the taxi drivers at the Central Station will try to overcharge. Please be careful and do not pay more than €10,- for a taxi. Please agree before entering the taxi and only use a taxi from the official taxi stand at the back of the station.
