Not a very large hotel, but comfortable to stay in and I was happy with the experience. We arrived early in the morning and left at 4AM the following day, but there was always someone at the desk to help us when we needed it. Very well decorated and the room was clean. However, the walls are extremely thin and...

I was booked for this hotel quite some time ago for a business trip. There was some mix up between the organization and myself and the hotel. I was under the impression the room was payed for by the organization. After a long trip I was greeted by a nice receptionist who told me I had to pay for my...

On arrival the hotel was lovely. A relaxing check in sitting on armchairs. Delightful staff. A very nice room on first floor. The hotel let themselves down with a couple of things. Firstly the towels were too small for showering with. You have a great shower and nothing big enough to wrap yourself in. However our main gripe was at...

I took my girlfriend to Amsterdam for a combined birthday - her 22nd and my 26th, and we chose to stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous, stunning, 5* in every way - from the restaurant, through to the rooms, the bar, the room service and the porter and reception service. It oozes quality and class. We had...

We booked this quaint hotel according to the reviews on tripadvisor and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent and most helpful! We arrived early morning expecting to just drop off our luggage and to our surprise and delight, a room was ready for us! This allowed us to shower and get a quick nap in before touring the...

I had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago so in September we went back. It was a disappointing experience. First we were given a room with no windows and the only light came from a skylight on the ceiling. When I asked for a better room the answer was "this is the room you booked..." well not...

It's a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. They have a bar and restaurants inside the hotel and the food is amazing! Nice safe location. Right across the street is a tram stop, it's so convenient and made getting around so easy! It's away from all the party and noise but still walking distance to the fun! Definitely a great hotel!

I stayed here for 8 nights and paid around 200 Euro per night. I was expecting a much higher standard for this amount. The reception was nice, but on check in they reserved an extra 100 Euro, for what seemed to be just in case I broke their no smoking policy. Then the first morning I went for breakfast at...

Spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. It is in a great location and within walking distance of many of the sights/attractions Amsterdam has to offer. The staff were really friendly and helpful and gave us a map and highlighted all the places we might find of interest. The room was modern and tastefully decorated and the bed was really...
