What an amazing trip lays ahead of you and how wonderful you will start your holidays with us!
My name is Dax, I am the Guest Relations Manager here at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South.
Our hotel does not allow for bikes to be stored in the rooms however they can be parked safely on our terrace. This is where we park our own bikes for rental as well. Although your concerns about theft are very legitimate I can honestly say that bicycle theft is far less common in our part of Amsterdam than te city-center.
Other options would be the underground, secured bicycle garages a the Amsterdam Zuid trainstation, 8 minutes walking from the hotel. Information can be found by Google'ing for: "Fietsenstalling Zuidplein Amsterdam". (sorry, no links allowed by TripAdvisor)

To make sure all our guests have the correct answer; please see the detailed description below. As mentioned, there is parking available, however not operated by the hotel. The 'Symphony Garage' is operated by Q-Park and they have set the following conditions and rates:
From Monday 9AM to Friday 7PM: €2.20 per 19minutes with a maximum of €60.
From Friday 7PM to Monday 9AM: €15 euros for 24hrs, when leaving your car parked inside continuously. This rate is only available when paying at the hotel reception desk! (Paying in the garage will result in the regular €60 rate). This implies that driving our of the Qpark garage in the weekend, indeed the counter will reset and add another €15 to the rate.
Our teams are more than happy to answer your questions regarding parking at Qpark (or alternatives) once you arrive or via email.
PS: there is no valet parking
