We booked in here from 30th December until 2nd December. Unfortunately, due to weather, we arrived at the hotel at nearly midnight. Anyhow, the night porter was thre to let us in. We had one of the suites on the top floor (502). Nice size room, massive bed which was very comfortable, clean and tidy. We even had a very...

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve to enjoy a dinner in Amsterdam. Having read all the reviews we were really looking forward to our stay. We rented the Penthouse Suite. As soon as we walked in, we were knocked over by the stench of sewage in the bathroom - with no window or ventilation. When we told the...

Nice hotel that is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. Close to shopping, restaurants, a supermarket and not far from most of the attractions. The room we stayed in had a large comfortable bed, a good shower, a safe, coffee facilities and a TV that showed BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2 and ITV4 as well as many other...

Perfect location. Only minutes walking distance to attractions. No parking, we parked at the railway station about 5-10 mins walk away. Helpful friendly staff. We stayed in the penthouse, amazing rooftop views ! Large room, comfy bed. Quirky bath in the bedroom. Shower wet room also. Very limited tea, coffee facilities in the room and no food served in the...

My friends and I stayed in this gorgeous, central, modern hotel for a weekend city break at the end of November. We were extremely impressed with the location of the hotel, the interior and the level of comfort. However... On arrival, we were 'greeted' by a lady who was the furthest thing from friendly. We arrived at 11am but check-in...

I stayed in The Bank Hotel for 2 nights last week with my fiancée. Really enjoyed our stay here, perfect location near restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Not too rowdy but still in the heart of it to really get the Amsterdam experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. Will definitely be returning on our next...

This hotel met all of our expectations. The location was excellent, in an area not dominated by tourists but close to many attractions and fantastic boutique shopping at our doorstep. Also easy walking distance to Centraal Station and beautiful surrounding canals. Our room was huge, plenty of room for 3 adults and our luggage. We had a small balcony with...

The hotel is located very close to the central train station and is surrounded by various kind of shops. The distance to the city centre is pleasantly walkable and fairly short. The hotel itself looks very fresh and neat as if it has been refurbished recently. The rooms we had were quite big and it seems that each room have...

The room was small, clean and modern. Just fine for one person. The television in the room next door was loud, and the connecting wall was thin, but otherwise the hotel was quiet. The staff were professional and helpful. Very convenient to the central train station, to many restaurants and shops. The nauseating level of marijuana smoke on the sidewalk was...

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Tea and coffee facilities available. When we checked out they stored our luggage for us while we had a walk around the city and went for breakfast. The hotel has no restaurant but plenty around. Wifi was free. I would stay here again
