This is far below standard. Check in took 25 min, I was the only guest at the counter. They asked me to pay for one night right now which is ok. Not ok, that they could not print an invoice. Had to come back for the invoice next morning. On next morning my company address was not in the system...

Booked this hotel as the price was more in our budget than anything in the centre. Very straight forward to get to from the centre of Amsterdam on the metro. Takes about 20 minutes followed by an 8 minute walk through a park. The hotel itself it lovely & bright. We arrived early and we're able to check in straight...

I would not recommend this place. I recently stayed here for two nights with my partner for her birthday and it wasn't the experience I had paid for. Arriving at my allocated room i noticed very prominent staining on the carpet as if it hadn't been cleaned. Secondly the balcony that came with the room had a broken lock on...

Not a bad location, but a bit of a walk from the metro. Decent breakfast, very comfortable bed and the staff were totally lovely. Some aspects of the hotel look a little tired but not enough to spoil the stay. Would recommend as long as you don't mind the walk.

Unfortunately, we chose to visit Amsterdam on a weekend when hotel rooms were at a premium. We were looking for a hotel with a more central location, but most of these were full. The Tulip Inn was one of the lowest priced remaining, but was still a tad more expensive than we were anticipating having to pay. The hotel is...

The hotel rooms are OK but vastly overpriced for what you get, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but the restaurant is not what you are after, food is snack bar quality, service is non existent , and they have a captive audience as there is nowhere nearby within walking distance, but you are better off driving somewhere.

Booked a standard room for a few nights. Staff were helpful and polite checking us in. Room was large but appalling that even as a standard room it was deemed good enough to sell. Damaged walls, wallpaper hanging off and a broken seat. I've stayed in better hostels. No soap in the bathroom. Based on the room alone it was...

The hotel was so clean and airy, the staff were all smiles and so welcoming, even saving the room for us as our flight was delayed well past check in time. Short walk from the train station which leads right into the city centre. Beautiful balcony views over the river.

The bar and restaurant areas are pleasant. Rooms huge. Plenty of parking. Food is good but I would skip breakfast. Rooms not cleaned well just throw duvet back on bed. However it is value for money and only 20 mins to downtown.

We arrived to hotel late at night 31th of April and at first we received bad costumer service. The receptionist did not say hello, he took the passport and started typing. He asked why there were three of us and we said that the reservation was for three persons and that hotel had confirmed that extra bed will be ready...
