We arrived early in the morning and although we stated this when booking we were told our room would not be ready until 2pm. However, this was not of major inconvenience and we left our baggage and returned later. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar area is very modern and comfortable....

I have stayed here a couple of times and every time, every runs smoothly. The receptionists are very nice, the bar is a nice place to relax and if you are a L3 Club Member, you'll receive a nice and personalized breakfast. Love the people and the service.. I go back there whenever I can.

We were charmed by this hotel. Upon arrival we were upgraded which we appreciated of course! Which meant we got mini bar and nescafe included in the room which was handy as we checked in on the evening and weren't intending to leave the room again. Hospitality was great. People very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is...

Booked in advance, great room, great bar and food, about 8 minute walk to metro then 15 minutes to central station. You can catch a free taxi to metro b/w 745 and 845 am. Very good breakfast but expensive. I walked 12 minutes to grocery store and bought some food....I'd definitely stay again!

Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent dinner less so. Bar service is sketchy. Front desk staff very helpful. 5 minute walk from tram station which gets you everywhere and you can buy tickets from the hotel. One stop away from the RAI Convention Centre and about a 20 minute ride into town. Hotel itself is in the...

We chose this hotel as it was close to the RIA exhibition centre and offered good parking. We have stayed here before and had a good experience. Unfortunately Accor decided to have a function on our 2nd night which meant not all the facilities at the hotel were available. It was very disappointing but "Danny" the waiter and the duty...

The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. However they were really papering over the cracks of what is a poorly thought out hotel. The location is terrible, there is nothing near to this hotel. It was supposed to be near the RAI but really needs a taxi to get there and some mornings these were hard...
