Just not sure why it is named Amsterdam City when it's actually not in the city. Lovely hotel and the staff in all areas were fantastic. Only problem was the twin Room we stayed in was tiny...not enough room to put suitcases or move around.
Sympathy, and always a pleasure to find Portuguese people Around the world.
Very kind, and service bar open 24/24
Comfortable rooms, Italian shower
Tramway at 10m walking.

Amazing lobby, great food, quiet, well appointed rooms. I stayed here while I attended a training in one of the conference rooms, which are nice and there's great catering. Why this hotel was named Amsterdam City is beyond me, since it is in an office...More
Nothing near it but some industrial area.
Ten minutes walk from Metro.
You can hear the next room noises.
In the reservation they do not mention that breakfast is not included but rather status "unknown" after I verified, and for them this is not needed...More

It is 7 stops from Centraal to Overamstel (Line 51) and the trip is less than15'. Though you have to walk 7-8' from Overamstel to the hotel. Feel free to ask me if you have more questions
