It's fairly clean breakfast is coffee toast and cheese and ham and the staff are there ,if not all happy to be by the looks.. yes the stairs are steep but it's Amsterdam and...

Booked a triple room here with two friends for three nights. Great location as is near to Dam Square however this is the only compliment. Annoyingly, we booked this hotel with no research as we were rushing. Although hotel staff were friendly. there were many problems with our room. 1. left unopened packed of crisps on bed and the next...

Location is good. But it's the only positive thing.Stairs very steep access, dirty rooms and tatty.Changing linens absent,We even found a mouse in the room...staff quite friendly..traveling for twenty years and I fit but this is definitely the worst hotel I have visited. Breakfast is just sufficient. only recommended if you have a low budget and a lot of adaptability

This Hotel is right in the centre and hubbub of Amsterdam. I see some travellers have been pretty damming of the Hotel Di-Ann - but - It is a pure budget stop-over place which is clean & tidy with friendly, helpful staff and a perfectly adequate breakfast included in the price! I would say that if you are bad with...

Basic room with a bed, tv and bathroom. Breakfast was standard, choice of cereal or toast. It's what you expect for two stars.. Hotel is nice and clean, and in a great location. Would return, as definitely value for money.

Only one advantage : the hotel is near the center of the town. Our room was very small and didn't have any form of comfort. The room was unclean. The staff was barely nice. Do not go there because you will end up deceived.

Was a bit worried when I read customers reviews for the hotel Di Ann but so glad I didn't change hotels as all I can say is - wot a bunch of moaners. For a two star hotel bang in the centre of Amsterdam it's a little gem. Room was clean and spacious with a fridge and a balcony overlooking...

I stayed her with 2 other friends in a triple room. The rooms windows did not shut properly and also had a weird smell in the room. The bathroom was nice but basic. The good thing was that the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags in the locker room and the breakfast...
