I have been in this hotel for 10 day. Great location excellent staff, clean rooms just wish our room had no mini bar, we were told that not all rooms have mini only to those face the canal have ,but it worth the view of the canal.

Great location, close to main interesting points and some rooms with a nice view on the canal. Lobby area nice, large space to relax, read, have coffee (dispenser free until it runs off)...staff polite and helpful. Rooms (I mean the one I got) regular size but it needs to be refreshed...I got the feeling not to be clean enough. Double...

I stayed there with my boyfriend for 7 nights and it was really nice. The room was a lot bigger than we expected (I think we got an executive room instead of the standard room we booked), everything was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I think the best thing about staying in this hotel was the location....

I would like to thank the Eden for a lovely stay. Rooms very good, staff very friendly, the concierge was very helpful. Free tea and coffee facilities in reception was welcoming after long days out sightseeing .The piano bar seemed very dark cold and uninviting. It would have been nice to have had a night before returning the room ..

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in July and enjoyed our time at the hotel. I booked on Travel Republic and paid £60 a night. The check in process was easy and the receptionist friendly. We stayed on the 2nd floor no river view but still a lovely room. Quite small and basic but what more do...

You can't fault the location of the hotel as it's smack bang in the middle of everything. Once you get past the shiny foyer area though, the rooms and shared areas are a little shabby. When we arrived we were 'upgraded' to an apartment with 'canal view' around the corner. The room absolutely stunk, and made my old student house...

Having spent hours trying to find a hotel where location was key I was not disappointed with this one! It is literally minutes walk from the centre of town and the canals etc. Super easy train then tram from the airport (tram stop is about 30 second walk from the back door) There is nowhere in the city that you...

Let's start with the positive. The hotel is a lovely place, situated on the Amstel canal, just around the corner from Rembrandt Square, very close to bars, restaurants etc. It is a very clean and modern hotel, with a nice bar area (with tea and coffee facilities on hand all day), and internet access. From experience, the rooms also have...

With a narrow frontage, the impression was this was going to be a small hotel, but once inside it went on forever, well furnished and smart 3* hotel, very well placed for seeing all of Amsterdam's attractions either by walking, or using the tram or canal boat services. Felt we had to upgrade to the 'Superior' Room as Standard Room...

The hotel claims that all of their rooms have been re-furbished but I can tell you that this is not true because I first stayed here in 2004 and nine years later it is very evident that not even a touch of paint had been applied. The first room I was given (310) was awful. It was tiny and I...
