First hostel experience and I was pleasantly surprised! The whole place was very clean, including the bedrooms and bathroom. We stayed in a 12 bed mixed room and everyone was very considerate of one another. I can honestly the mattress was amazing - the best...More
I was worried about this hostel after my boyfriend booked it. I read the reviews and everyone who likes a party seemed to like it and the poor comments were from those who didn't.... read the reviews, unlike my boyfriend.
It was as bad as...More
I went to Amsterdam for a festival so booking a hotel room didn´t make much sense. The hostel has a great location (right next to Vondelpark). The staff was awesome, super friendly. The hostel itself is cool and the room was also ok, we booked...More

We had a slight mix up with rooms so our party of 8 weren’t in the same room for the first night, however this did get resolved quickly the next day and the staff were really helpful and friendly in sorting this for us!

Top sites to see in this attractive and affluent part of town include the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum, to name but two of the highly acclaimed museums of the aptly named Museum Quarter. And if you need a break from all the fantastic art, there’s the Neoclassical Concertgebouw music hall and Vondelpark, the city’s largest park. Shopaholics and luxury brand connoisseurs will love exploring the high-end shopping
destinations of PC Hooftstraat, Van Baerlestraat, Cornelis Schuytstraat, and Jacob Obrechtstraat, where even the shop window displays are of museum quality. In the evenings, when the museums close and the daytrippers head home, the area becomes a quiet oasis of calm with a sophisticated and urbane tone.
