This hotel have seen better days, rooms, stairs and hall ways really need to be updated. Heating did not work, doorhandle was broken and half the light did not work. Refurbishment is ongoing and my room had a nice new bathroom. No breakfast available, but could be found at near cafes. I prepaid two nights, but found another hotel for...

Picture a dirty hole and put some beds in there. That's what you will pay for. It's hard to believe these places are allowed to operate in such a nice city. It is basically the most horrible sleeping experience that you could waste your money on. You are warned so don't complain afterwards like I do!

We stayed here with 5 friends for a weekend. The hotel is really bad, probably the worst hotel i have ever been. My room had no toilette! There was also no toilette on my floor! The room was extremely small, bed was narrow and mattress and pillow uncomfortable. Furnitures are old, paint, smell, drainage of the shower, all in bad...

My friend and I arrived early for check-in (10am when Check-in is 2pm) and the man at the reception greeted us happily, let us check-in but not go up to our room, and let us leave our luggage with him so we could explore Amsterdam. When arriving back to the hotel we went up the stairs, which were very steep...

We had one of the upstairs rooms (the stairs are something else!) which had yet to be renovated. Although the room was spacious, for three girls we found the one mirror (in bathroom) and one socket slightly frustrating. Others in our party had rooms downstairs - 1 had been completely refurbished and was delightful, the other partially refurbed and again...

Stayed here with a group of friends. We had 3 rooms, 1 of them had been redecorated with a nice bathroom. The other 2 rooms had not. The room we shared was very dated & extremely basic. It only had 1 socket & all the side lights didn't work. The bathroom was dark & the shower had mould round the...

Me and my friend booked a twin room for the weekend, the website said it was an ensuite bathroom WHICH IT ISNT - they are in the process of making some of them ensuite. There is 1 toilet downstairs and a shower at the side of the bedroom which was awkward for us!! The hotel was EXTREMELY noisy, the walls...

On arrival we were met by the manager of the hotel who was very kind and friendly and offered us the choice of rooms, our room was large and clean with a really amazing shower and comfortable beds to sleep in . As we were the only people for breakfast we had eggs to our liking. the breakfast is simple...

When I booked it was rated as a 2* hotel. So I expected to get what you paid for - not a lot. However this little hotel, is well worth it. First of all,It's location is within easy reach of the city Center. I found the simple directions on the website easy to use and even I didn't get lost!...
