Tiny rooms, very dangers steep staircase, the very good location it near to central station of and front of tramp, bus halt, it near major sights, most of shops, restaurant, shopping mall, supermarkets. but reception is not helpful or friendly. room cleaning every day.

This hotel is located near the center of the city, you can walk or take the Tram to get to most of rhe places. The staff was helpful and they speak a very good english. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
Rooms are less then small and far from clean!
To access higher floors you need to use some stairs that wouldn't pass a health and safety check or risk assessment: steps are really small and steep, dangerous!

I stayed at this hostel for one night and I was almost stricken by the
hotel staff. I found the hostel very bad because when I tell you what
happened to the staff, they did not believe me. It is not a safe hostel
