This is a bit long but really worth to mention… We stayed 2 times 4 night each time during Oct. The first time we got the rooms at the upper floor and it was really good, also the service was amazing, especially at the reception a guy named Luca, usually he’s there at the night shifts. He is the best...

Dear Guests, Thank you for still sharing the highlights of your 5 day stay so long after you have left. Indeed we had a twice a 5 minute conversation, about the laundry and a shower when you were on your way out.. Kindly pass a thank you the ladies for the lovely cream they left for the laundry service. They...

I've been there in October with a friend. The hotel is nice. You have 2 coffes to go for free in your room every day and it's just awesome. Staff is really kind ,God Wi-Fi the hotel is in front of a Metro station so perfect to visit amsterdam if you don't want to stay in the city center. The...

The hotel is well kept, rooms are small, but clean and tidy and well soundproofed. The bathroom is surprisingly large and the fresh towels are changed daily. The hotel has a large free car park and is right next to the subway (metro line 53 - 20 mins to get to Centraal Station). Comfortable beds. Very good free WiFi. Friendly staff,...

Having had problems with our original accommodation and having virtually no options left due to a huge convention in town we didn't know anything about this hotel on booking. However, it was so easy and quick to reach from the city centre by metro and its park-side location meant it was lovely and quiet. The man at the reception when...

Worst placed I have ever stayed!! Rooms were disgusting, falling apart, reception staff rude, food poor. All came home feeling dirty and covered in bites. Would definitely not recommend staying here!!

Dear Guest, How to respond , something went terribly wrong during and with your stay. I have asked if the staff on duty if they could remember you or the complaints that you must have expressed at the reception. It was a very hot week and indeed there were a lot of mosquitos with the sun and the water behind...

The only reason we chose this motel was an accessible and free parking. I can highly recommend it if you wanna park your car safely and conveniently. Metro is literally in front of the motel so you can leave you car there and you can be in downtown in 25 minutes. The place has this "older US motel" vibe but...

Dear Guests, What a pleasure to read your feedback thank for that. Some refurbishment for our hotel would indeed be a good thing. The chain is wotking on that , I think we would need another 2 years . Kind regards

Where to begin...we arrived at the hotel later than expected due to our flight getting cancelled. The man on reception was so helpful nothing was too much, showing us places to go and helping us get to the centre (the tram right next door- 12.50€ for 2 days). The breakfast was unlimited and offered a wide variety of hot and...

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Amsterdam but right next to the Metro station which goes directly to Centraal, so is convenient. Also, the bus station is directly outside the hotel in case its late at night and the trains have stopped. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. the staff is helpful and there is a small...

Ideal hotel for those who want to enjoy both the city and the country in Amsterdam. This hotel is straight on the lawn of Gaasperpark (very big green area with lakes, beach etc). It's about 20mins away from Central Station and the walk from hotel to Metro(train/bus) is 2 minutes. Despite the vicinity, sound is not a problem and the...

This was a decent hotel. I only had one night here but it was an ideal stop for exploring Amsterdam. We needed parking and did not want to be driving in Amsterdam. The hotel has a large free car park to customers and is right next to the rail link direct to Amsterdam. We were on the train in 5...
