My fiancé and I decided to take a few days holiday after my work trip in Paris, so we decided to hop on a train to Amsterdam. The service at the hotel was top notch. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating to our first timer questions and needs. I can't stress enough how affordable the rates are in this part...

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, fresh towels were provided each day and overall, there was great value received for the fare charged. There was even a free coffee vending machine, which made the beginning of every day so much better.

The 197 bus from the airport is only 5 euros and drops you 2 minutes away from the hotel. Location is great for access to museums and centre of town. All walkable. Check-in was quick . The receptionist spoke perfect English and was happy to talk about places to go and gave us a huge map with key places to...

We had three same price rooms and they all were different size, cold and drafty. Uncomfortable rooms and no lounge in the hotel is not a good combination. The first words a receptionist said to me were "go back to the front door and close it properly". That tells everything you need to know.

For the low price the rooms are reasonably clean. The first room they gave us had dirty towels and the bedding was also dirty. Though when they changed our room it was pretty clean. The staff at the front desk was very average; as if they were forced to be nice. Except the last day when a new person was...

Wonderful location. Right next to Marriott and walking distance to major party places and next to tram stop. Friendly staff Had very good experience with receptionist and other staff. Rooms are non traditional but nicely done. Do not give full hotel feel due to non connecting lobby and design. But for the cost, excellent stay. Breakfast is just about OK.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to museum quarter and a lot of shopping nearby. Excellent staff. My only issue was that my room was next to the kitchen. Every morning at 5am, I would be awaken by the smell of baked pastries and it can get loud when other guests starts to eat and move furniture around....

We spent 4 nights here after finding a good deal online. The hotel is in a brilliant location, it's only a 10-15 minute walk into the centre and is a lot cheaper than other hotels in the surrounding area. We stayed in room 105 on the ground floor in the back building so we had the nearest room to the...

Centrally located great bars across the street. Room 106 opened to a courtyard and shop so you kept the curtains closed. The shower screen was broken and the heater was REALLY noisy. You get what you pay for. We had a cheap room but if you are looking for a notch up from hostel accomodation this is for you

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the location. It's near to pretty much everything, and if you're here for the museums then this is a prime spot. We booked this hotel as it was cheap for being so 'in' the city (every other proper hotel - not hostel - was much more expensive or...
