Dirty walls , bad smell, no wardrobe. Me and my friend are very disappointed and we never experienced worse conditions of the hotel before. For 420 euro for 3 nights is required to have at least clean room. All rooms on basement shouldn't be advertised to book but the room 202 that we had for one night was okay.

The room was the smallest I had ever seen. You could not put the two single beds together. The TV didn´t work. The window was facing a hole... My advice is that if you opt for this hotel, do not stay in the basement

Tiny room with bunkbeds, there were pills and a wine cap on the floor. Beds were cleen enough, but the toilet on our floor was really dirty. No curtains to block the upcoming sun, only blinds. My advice is to book an other hotel.

There's no doubt this is a hop skip and a jump from Rijkmuseum. However the rooms are very small and basic and need a silverfish removal treatment ! Overpriced at Euro 223 per night. We moved to the Hotel Okura and paid Euro7 more for a far superior room - but had to rely on trams to get around.

Horrible. Do not go! They have bed bugs. Been bitten all over. Holes in the walls and broken lights. 2 single beds, me and parter had to sleep separate. Dirty toilet roll. Woken everyday by cleaning staff. Were told 'bed and breakfast'.. there's no breakfast and have one small coffee matchine that you have to pay for. Ruined my experience

Do not go there. They don't care these bad reviews, because you are from abroad. They really don't care. Book a hotel somewhere outside Amsterdam for less money and a much nicer bed. The rooms are very small, noisy and dirty. The view is bad(see below picture)

The hotel is in the nice area, near the museum and easily get to the train station and other sightseeing places by trams. The room is rather small but staff is very nice and helpful. I will stay here again if I visit Amsterdam.

We came for one night . Dirty sheets, hair on pillows, -1 floor with a "nice view" on garbage bins. We could also hear perfectly all the toilet noises from the other rooms. Were really happy to check out .

Friendly staff. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Fabric of building shabby and tired. Convenient and central very near Rijksmuseum. Good assortment of restaurants nearby. 15 mins by tram to Amstersam centre.
