Polite, friendly and helpful staff, good computer facilities, mostly everything really. Could have done better regarding fixing room problems (The safe in the room didn't work, didn't get fixed, despite us reporting it within an hour of getti9ng there. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
Our stay was really confortable and pleasant .Really tasteful the breakfast and rooms qiet clean nice.We appreciate too the nearness of the tram station.So all perfect and with nespresso machine I enjoyed so much !
NON SMOKING HOTEL, but allowed to smoke outside lobby. Greeted by very friendly staff, clean, lift, non-alcoholic bar unfortunately but that's a good thing in a way, about 15 minutes cab ride away from Dam square also. Excellent bedroom and even more so showers!!!

it's two trams away but it's only 15 mins on the two trams and about 35 minutes nice steady walk and think it's 20-25 euros in a taxi really nice hotel so worth staying a little bit out for this hotel
