Very nice and comfy appartment. Bedding was excellent ! I liked the chromecast integrated in the TV, allowing to play your personal channels from your TV app (or Netflix) from your smartphone ! All staff was super friendly ! There were free sweets at the reception as we were staying around Halloween. Although slightly outside of the city center, tram/train station is only 300 meters walk, and plenty of options to get anywhere in the city via tram, bus, or train... We took the GVB tram/bus 2 days unlimited travel ticket, best deal in my views. If weather is nice you can rent bikes as well from the hotel. We did not test the restaurant as we had plans already during our stay. We had dinner at the Wissenkerke restaurant next door and it was very good and cosy atmosphere ! Only a very small disappointment with the sauna which was infrared (50degrees only) instead of the scandinavian/standard sauna I was expecting. It works, it is clean, large and is convenient with showers etc... for those who like infrared...…

PROS: - MOST IMPORTANTLY the staff were AMAZING! So helpful, welcoming, and nice. Outstanding service. - Location right outside of the Amsterdam Sloterdjik, 5 min walk, and another 5 min ride to Amsterdam Centraal train station. - Two bedroom apartment was very comfortable. - Very clean hotel. - A gym in the hotel. - Laundry room. - 2 grocery stores at a 5 min walk, their to-go, so not very extensive. - Bar-restaurat at the hotel, also one nearby. CONS: - No oven - The microwave was broken and didn't turn. We had manually turned the food. - We extended our stay to 8 nights since we were stuck in the Netherlands with no flight. Only on day 4 we asked about the cleaning, which was booked to two days later. Strange how it wasn't the norm and we had to ask for it. - There was this one day, day 7 out of 9, a day we didn't leave the apartment, that the cleaning lady came into our room while we were in it twice. It was uncomfortable since one time we were all asleep and had been woken up by her entering the bedroom. Also, another lady came twice to take pictures of the cabinets, which was uncomfortable since we were not clothed for company. - Windows are so annoying, can't be open, really, only a few centimeters, and when there was wind, they kept closing and opening and benging, if not locked. Then there was no fresh air. - Beds are not the most comfortable, two mattresses pushed together, pretty soft. Pillows are also uncomfortable. …

GreT location close to train station just one stop to Central station. Apartment was big with separate lounge and en suite bathrooms to each bedroom. Staff were great. Only thing that could be better is to have the cooked breakfast hot rather than being cold and mattress’s were very bouncy. I much prefer a more firm mattress .

Stayed in hotel two nights with my family. All of my family membars found that employees as caring, very helpful and friendly. Two room apartment was beutiful, functional and supprisly good equipped apartment. Real value for the price.

What makes this place excellent is the staff. They're so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is amazing too. The 2-bed apartments are perfect and the added bonus of having lots of different local beers on tap in the pub was brilliant. We hired bikes which was great, they were well serviced and came with lights and locks which was required. Thoroughly recommended.

The room was lightly and tinny! The staff friendly and very polite. The location is close to the city centre and really good connected thanks all public transport. If we may come back in Amsterdam, we'd choose it again:)
