Detailed Reviews
Being really selfish I don't want to tell anyone about this hotel! It's a little gem, 10 minutes on the train from schiphol Airport and a 5 minute walk from the station and 6 minutes by train into Amsterdam. We were greeted by very friendly staff the lobby is welcoming and the bar area very trendy. Plenty of comphy tables and chairs to sit and have one of their gins, there is also a dart board and a pool table we didn't look at the sauna and steam room. The room we had was clean and nicely laid out with a cooker, microwave and table and chairs if you want to stay in and cook whick we did on a couple of nights, pots pans glasses etc were all there. The bed was very comphy there is no maid service or change of towels every day, new towels are given on the 3rd day of your stay but if you ask I'm sure they will give. We didn't try the breakfast in the hotel but it looked lovely 12.50 euros all in all a great hotel and a great stay we will be back in May and I will be looking to stay at this hotel again.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 11 weeks, thought I'd list my thoughts and impressions below
Room two bed apartment with kitchen, microwave oven fridge freezer.
Room clean well decorated and functional for a long stay.
The front of house team are a credit to the hotel, always polite helpful and jolly, always made to feel welcome, Manager, please note your team go above and beyond, which is refreshing in these difficult times.
Cleaning team, refreshed room once a week, always to a good standard and the team leader always followed up and checked all was to our satisfaction
Bar and restaurant team jolly helpful, engaged with conversation and made to feel welcome.
Restaurant, menu was limited, which I assumed was down to Covid, limited choice for a vegetarian, but the food was always well presented and tasty,
Location, close to train station, metro and trams which had regular services into central Amsterdam. The airport is 20 minutes by taxi or you can take the team which stops a 5 minute walk away.
There are a few restaurants around, we found The Breakfast Club very good.
This is a hotel I would highly recommend, it does what says on the box, provides flexible accommodation for a short or long term stay, in a friendly helpful and welcoming environment, with staff that are helpful friendly and welcoming

Visited the hotel with friends for fun weekend. The hotel is excellent, clean spacious rooms and the staff on reception were very helpful in every way. Great location for a stay in Amsterdam if you don't want to be to close to the noise of staying centrally. Trams, buses and trains to city centre are minutes away and a 3 day ticket to use them all is just 19 euros. A great hotel highly recommend

+1
Rooms are very dated and lose wallpaper and cupboards etc broken. The TV has some sort of smart TV functionality viggo but extremely dated only Google Fb and Spotify. No Netflix possible etc and the TV channels very strange no discovery history etc or proper sport channels.
Food in the restaurant downstairs was extremely mediocre and actually not nice. Service there likewise people just chatting about this and that watch there phones but not guests. Cleaning of the rooms had to ask 3 times in one week just for clean towels or toilet paper u get an answer to get them urself from the 1st floor? Aircon was also complete useless it was extremely hot outside and equally in the rooms u could turn it 3 degrees down but nothing happened.
Location is also weird end of some street no supermarket whatsoever in the neighborhood only a small one at the station.
To go short needs plenty work and improving specific the rooms and the TV system outdated coffee machine as well. And service in the restaurant.

Dear Dhana1902, thank you for your review! Your feedback is highly appreciated and we feel very sad that you had a negative experience at our hotel! We are currently working on our TV system, but the netflix is unfortunately not available. Our technical team is always happy to help you set up your devices so you can still check out your favourite netflix shows on our TV's! Please remember our reception staff is always available and would have helped you move to a new room in a jiffy and fix the cabinets and the wallpaper! Can you please send an email to duty@amsterdamidaparthotel.com about your room number so out technical department can fix the defects in the room. We usually bring the towels to the room, but due to covid-19 we do not enter the hotelrooms while the guests are inside. This is why the towels can be taken by the guests themselves. If your climate control system is not making your room cold enough please let the reception know, maybe it is not working and we can fix it or we can bring you a fan to make it extra cool in the apartment. I want to apologize for the negative experience you had in the restaurant, we have immediately adressed the issue to our restaurant manager. We hope to welcome you back and make it up to you! Kind Regards, Rudith

My boyfriend and I stayed here in a 1 bed apartment for 3 nights. The hotel was amazing, room was exactly as described and really clean. Hotel was lovely also. We arrived really early and the hotel stored our bags for us, when we returned later on our room was ready earlier than expected. We requested a slightly later check out as we flew home late and again this was no hassle for the staff and this was provided at no additional charge.
Hotel is a two minute walk away from the station and a 6 min train ride away from Amsterdam centraal. They also provide amazing hot chocolate in their reception which is free of charge. Shampoo / conditioner and shower gel is provided in the bathrooms
The only downside is that we found the rooms quite cold, however the reception provided us with an additional heater and even though it was small heated the whole apartment up quickly which was great.
A few pillows on the couch and an extra pillow on the beds as well would make the rooms perfect. I would definitely stay here again

New and well equipped stylish aparthotel , beds very comfortable and large , which is my personal preference . Quiet with no street noise on 5th floor , pleasant views above surrounding buildings . All rooms had interesting murals depicting various Amsterdam historical places.
The restaurant on the ground floor ,Adams is very nice , not busy , small menu, not expensive and beers were nice, barman and staff all very helpful.
Down on the ground floor the lobby , and lounge areas are very nice with lots of spaces to relax , read ,play a game or screen out . Pool table also is a nice touch.
All in all a good place for families and friends .

My girlfriend and I along with my friend and I visited this property and stayed here for two nights.
The location is exactly as expected, a short two minute walk to Sloterdijk Train and Bus station.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, storing our bags for almost an entire day after check out.
The two bedroom apartment we had was really comfortable, spacious with each bedroom being an en-suite. The only slight downside were the beds in both rooms were creaky.
Despite this, we all slept really well and felt it was very good value for money.

Stayed for my friends hen do. Great apartment which slept 4. Clean and well equipped. 5 mins from metro station. Got cabs into the centre in the evening which cost around €20. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On check out we found out our flight was cancelled due to bad weather. They guy on reception was really accommodating and let us keep our same apartment and let my friend use their phone to book alternative transport home. Everyone was super friendly. We mostly received help from the male receptionists who were incredible. Thank you again!

Spent 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment at ID Aparthotel 5th floor. The staff was welcoming and professional. Despite a construction going on next to the side of the building where we were staying the soundproof was good when the windows were closed.
The apartment very functional and cosy with ample space for a long stay.
Location within walking distance to Sloterdijk train station makes it so convenient to move around the city and elsewhere.
Perhaps the one suggestion to make is to to include a towel rack in the bathroom.
Looking forward to staying there during next trip to Amsterdam.
Highly recommended.

It’s a very good place to stay in Amsterdam. It’s not so close to the center but it’s 10 euro with Uber,so if you are a group of 3 or 4 it cost 2 ,3 euro to go to the center.
It’s a good place if you go in Amsterdam for business.
People form the hotel are really nice and always ready to help if you need anything.

There are two types of travel pass one for metro tram and bus the other for train. From sloterdijk to central there is a fast train service but for everywhere else you will be on tram and metro. You can still get into central on the tram but it's slower. I would go metro/tram/bus pass.
Not sure actually.. Sorry couldn't help further
The rooms are very large but do not have a balcony.
