Very nice hotel, especially if you're going on a cruise the location is right at the cruise terminal, if you're planning on spending a lot of time downtown it's a long walk or a short bike ride, modern new fresh hotel compared to the older ones in town, Very nice front desk staff member Claire was very helpful! Big drawback!...

Surprise visit to Amserdam for my daughter's 18th birthday. We were too early to access our rooms but were able to leave our luggage locked securely until later. Courtesy bus to station. Lovely card and chocolate for my daughter in her room on arrival. Rooms a little outdated but comfortable with lovely river view. What stands out at this hotel...

Walking distance to central station. Very friendly people. Hotel quality definitely worth the price paid. Hotel offered a reasonable parking price at adjacent parking garage vs typical Dutch indoor parking that is much more pricey.

Fairly new Movenpick Hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff. Hotel is in a quiet area 1 tram stop from the main station, next to a jazz concert hall. Only takes 10 mins or so to walk to the top of streets leading to Dam Square. Good breakfast considering so many guests were being catered for when we stayed. Friendly staff on the...

Lovely room, great view! Comfy bed...but...the point is to get a good night sleep and you cannot turn off the air con as it is part of the building. Had an awful night sleep. Staff very helpful in offering a different room but same issue with the air con.

From check in (thank you Trevor) to leaving, we were looked after well. Our 11th floor room was spacious, overlooking the western vista of the city. As well as the #26 tram there is a shuttle bus which can be booked for the journey to and from the Central Station. The breakfast buffet had just about everything could want, with...

I stayed there between 30th November until 2nd December 2016. Hotel is not far from the Central station, 8 minutes walk. Friendly staff at the reception, good size room, well equipped (tv, coffee / water kettle, good size bathroom, comfy bed and amazing views. Sorting out the climate control took me around 30 minutes and still it was a bit...

The room amenities are very basic. The temperature in the room was very hot and did not cool down. Upon arrival to the hotel our room was not ready. We toured for several hours and it was still not ready. The hotel caters to cruise ships and river boat cruises. The problem is that too many guests are checking in...
