The hotel is clean...the bed in acceptable conditions...the hospitality is good...the breakfast offers many kind of breads...fruits and cheeses... The staff are really helpful...not only the one in reception but also the staff in the restaurant. The hotel located only 1minute walking to the clostest tram stop. Very good service.....20 minutes by bus/ tram from the city centre. The staff were cooperative. But do not reach the hotel before the check in time. Its a very busy hotel and surely chances of getting a room before the check in time is very less

Comfy beds, clean rooms, very helpful staff. Some hotels only have showers, this hotel had baths as well. I cannot comment on the breakfast, as we did not have it. The tram and bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away. It takes about 10 minutes to the city centre on the tram. A three day pass costs 16.50...

Overall excellent hotel! Check in and out was quick and easy, staff were very helpful and all spoke English. Location is a perfect distance away from the noisy city, but is very easy to reach as there is a tram stop round the corner from the hotel. The rooms were a good size and very modern and provided safes and...

The hotel was great. We were there with our 2 little children and we had a nice stay. The staff was polite but nothing more. The neighbourhood is not so great. We felt not so safe when we came out. Public transport is very near.

A hotel with a good location near Trams and Busses so it´s easy to find transportation to the city centre. Very serviceminded staff and a really nice breakfast buffé that provided more than we needed.

The hotel was well situated for a city visit. Having AC is important especially in Summer in Europe which seems to have very hot days, much more than it used to. Travel by tram to the central station is about 1/2 hour. The accommodations and breakfast were fine. Being able to leave the car in the next door parking garage...

I came here with 2 of my friends and we got a triple room for two nights because all the hostels were booked. This hotel ended up actually being cheaper than hostels AND it was nicer/ private. The rooms were old looking, but clean and perfect for what we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful, so that's a...
