The building facade would need some freshing up. I find it stingy to make customers pay 22,50 € per night for the car park . Other than that, the rooms are nice and well equipped. The beds are confortable. The hotel itself is 4 minutes away from the train station and Utrecht mall and at an easy walk to/ from the touristic « old » center. Nice and competent staff.

We totally enjoyed staying at Park Plaza Hotel, it was comfortable and equipped with hair dryer, iron, iron table, you could rent movies from their streaming platform and the personnel was very helpful and positive. We even received a bottle of wine at end of our stay because we didn't opt for daily cleaning services (we only stayed 3 nights).

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms are very well kept - both stylish and functional. The location is great - less than 5 minutes to Utrecht Centraal and even closer to a tram stop that serves a few lines. Service was also good and can’t fault much at this hotel. Highly recommended

This Park Plaza Utrecht is nothing short of excellent. Most attractions are close and bars cafes restaurants and shops are also close for you to explore. Staff inside the hotel are great they offer solutions and information throughout your stay. Rooms are pretty and come fully equipped with everything one would expect. Stunning glass building for you to have stunning times. Highly Recommended.

I am a loyal customer of Radisson / Par Plaza hotel but this is the first time that I have has an extremely bad experience which destroyed my trip. I booked 4 hotel rooms at the Park Plaza in Utrecht specifically asking to redeem my loyalty points. Upon arrival at the hotel after 12.00 PM was told that none of the 4 rooms were ready and would only be ready after 3.30 pm which was very inconvenient as we had a function to go to that afternoon and we had expected to have our rooms or at least one of the rooms in a timely manner so we can change and get ready for the function, very reluctantly we finally got 1 out of the 4 rooms after 2pm. Furthermore, once we had returned in the evening we were told that the hotels computer system was not integrated with the Raddison Rewards system and although the booked clearly stated that points should be redeemed for the rooms that it was not possible and that I should pay for the rooms in cash(358 euros( rather than using my loyalty points. This meant that it left me with no spending money for the rest of our stay, to an extent that we didn’t have funds to get back to the airport or food. We were traveling with children and our stay was ruined, Upon calling customer service and a representative of customer services liaising with the hotel the hotel continued to refuse to apply the points, this whole sager took 4 hours from 9am till 1pm until it got to a point whereby the hotel said they wanted the rooms back and if we did not leave then they will call the police, our flight was at 6pm that evening and as we only left the hotel well after 1pm with no results it left us no time to do anything as we had to go to the airport at that point. I feel as if I was treated like a criminal and our trip was totally ruined, worst experience ever…

I stayed at the Park Plaza in Utrecht for 45 nights. The first 30 nights were in an Executive King on the 4th floor and the last 15 nights were in an Executive King with the Utrecht Centraal view on the 6th floor. Each room was well represented by the photos on the website. I spent a lot of time in my room working, which was more comfortable than I expected: the desk and chair were suitable for 12+ hours of use per day. The internet connection was stable, the speed was consistently around 10mbps, and I did not experience any service interruptions. The speed is at the low end of what is normal nowadays but it's more than enough for video calls, streaming video etc. The in-room air conditioning was reliable and very effective. The bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was reliable with typical hotel laundry prices. The phone app option for a digital room key is very convenient. The button to toggle a "Do Not Disturb" and "Make Up Room" light was also much more convenient than hanging a tag on the door handle. The lobby is comfortable and a nice place to work while a room is being cleaned. The staff members I interacted with were always very helpful and polite. The front of the hotel is being renovated but great progress was made during my time in the hotel, and as of August 15th, 2023, the front of the hotel looks much more welcoming with new paving, new seating areas, and new plants. I didn't eat any hotel food as there weren't any vegan options on the menu but there are lots of great vegan options in the local area. I highly recommend FLFL and Last Vegas. For snacks and liquids, Flink's delivery was very convenient -- and the in-room fridge can easily hold it all. The only negative is that the elevators are very slow, but that encouraged me to take the stairs, which is probably for the best. Maybe Park Plaza Utrecht can be credited with making me live longer. In conclusion, a very positive experience: great staff, great location, great rooms. I would have stayed longer if I wasn't limited by how much time I can spend in The Netherlands, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future. Thank you :)…
