The Eye was a charming, friendly place. Very easy to find, within walking fistance to all sorts of interesting places and yummy restaurants. The room was clean, sweet-smelling, and stylish. I had a great stay!

Such a welcoming and comfortable hotel. Our stay was amazing and relaxing after several weeks traveling the UK. The breakfast is great. The staff was helpful and made an excellent recommendation for a canal cruise. Very very helpful and kind.

My son and I stayed at this hotel on a room only basis for 3 nights. The room was very clean and had everything required for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a quirky feel to it which is very charming. The beds are soft but this didn't stop me from getting a good night's sleep and no back pain afterwards so all good! This hotel is ideally placed for all that Utrecht has to offer. There are many restaurants and shops close by but the hotel is quietly positioned so no noise was heard despite being in the centre of everything. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Very impressed with the Eye Hotel. Initial communication was very good - they very kindly changed the dates I’d originally booked ant no extra cost - and service on arrival / accommodation were both excellent. The room was as described - very. I for table and surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and well-kept. Ample amount of coffee everywhere. We did not order the breakfast, but they still allowed us to have use of the espresso machine. The elevator is very tiny and cute. We had the suite so the view out our window. All nicely appointed. Held our bags on the last day too.

Lovely hotel in an interesting old building in the centre of Utrecht which caters well for children. Breakfast was good and the hotel catered for vegans and vegetarians. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremelly soft mattress, impossible to rest :( Additionally our room was not cleanned and towels changed despite we had a hanger in the room asking for it since 10.00 am. Not happy at all despite the receptionists were friendly.
