This was a good value hotel for a two night stay with a friendly welcome. We had a large room on the third floor, there was no lift and the final staircase was vertiginous, to be fair if there had been a lift they would have had very few rooms. Once in the bath plug could not be taken out... More

The location is great, right in the hert of old town Delft, a couple blocks from the market square.right on a pretty little canal, two short blocks to the train station and tram stop. Hotel is spotless with a cute little reception and breakfast room. Being an old canal house tho, the stairs are narrow and steep. Our room, a... More

Room was remote from the hotel, around the corner on another canal. It was as described, effectively a small apartment, everything you'd need for a longer stay - kitchen equipped with all the basics, sitting area, separate (mezz level) bed. Private courtyard outside for a warm day. Will definitely visit again in the new year.

Well it was clean, tidy. But dated and for noise elimination the windows were useless you could hear a pin drop on the street outside. as well as all the noisy students and stag do's. Breakfast is odd. staff friendly. Its not bad, but its not great. sort out the windows to reduce the noise and it would be sooo... More

Staff adequate. Inclusive breakfast good. Very narrow stairs to rooms, not for faint of heart. No lift. Mattresses horrible! Bathrooms seemed to be recently upgraded, but sink leaked. Would not stay again.

This is a family business. Their hospitality is great. The room is nice. The breakfast also good. Staff are helpful. But if you bring 2 big luggage, then you might have problem since they did not have elevator/lift.

The positives: great location. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Effective and silent air-conditioning. Friendly staff. The negatives: a bit disappointed with the breakfast. While there was a good choice of rolls and croissants, as well as strong coffee, the serving area is cramped for the number of diners. No fresh fruit. No fresh water. The containers for the hot breakfast... More

We stayed here on a business trip to Delft. The place was very well located, 5 minutes from the rail station, and from Delft Centre. We stayed on a room that was like an apartment, with a small kitchen that in this occasion we didn't used.

Stayed there in May 2016 for one night. There seems to be two locations of this hotel, and we were at the smaller one. This was noticeable during the breakfast, which was...lets say smaller. Furthermore, get used to the small steep stairs to go to your room, which was a climb to the third floor. Room was okay, with a... More

Our two day stay in Delft was great & our hotel was perfect! Central, cozy, comfortable & complete with lots of character! A spacious ground-floor suite featuring a French door entrance to our private garden-space, a little sitting room, the bed-space & a large, recently- renovated ensuite bathroom. Easily accessible with lots of luggage & probably also with mobility aids... More
