The receptionists are very friendly and kind. Our room are just renovated and it was great! Very clean. The breakfast were also good though it’s a breakfast in bed due to the protocol of covid. Food at the restaurant the we orderex are also great! Overall We Very happy with our stay. And we hope to come back again in summer.
The rooms are big enough. Very clean. Everything you need including coffee/tea. The breakfast was rich. The location can’t be better. The tram to Scheveningen and Delft 1 min. away. But definitely the best were the friendly and helpful people there. It was a great stay and we would definitely come back.
The room was very comfortable, over-looking the front and square. Unfortunately there was some late music noise which was a little disturbing, otherwise a very comfortable room and bathroom, well decorated and serviced. Breakfast adequate; didn't try the hotel restaurant for dinner.
This hotel is very well located, being within easy walking distance to many museums, shops and restaurants. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. However, the hotel’s restaurant is very overpriced for a poor breakfast buffet (15 Euros) or a single croissant/juice/coffee (9 Euros). You can get much better and cheaper breakfast food nearby.
Perfect location on Buitenhof, close to Mauritshuis, Escher, Binnenhof and the other sights. Also close to the shops. Rooms were clean, comfortable and we had a good view across Buitenhof. Breakfast is included and is excellent. All the Reception staff were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. They answered every question with a smile. Especially they recommended a different great place to eat for each night of our three-night stay, including BIT steakhouse for our second night. Thank you
