Nice location (not so far away from central station, just in the shopping area). The room is big and clean. The price is worthy for this location in Den Haag. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you visit Den Haag due to the room and location. The only thing disappointed me is that the staff is not so good...

Booked 2 nights in a privilege double room. Check in was straight forward, The room was the same size as a regular double with the addition of a free stocked fridge of solf drinks, nespresso coffee machine, and a bathrobe. This was not really worth paying an extra 30 euro a night for. The room was clean, The bed was 2...

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the central station and charming streets with shopping and cafes. The room I had was very nice, seemed newly decorated, comfy bed, desk that is big enough to work at, nice bathroom. I was on the third floor and the trafficking could be heard somewhat, not disturbing though. Room service was fairly...

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your purse was stolen in the restaurant. Since the hotel is a public place, it is very difficult to discover "unwanted guests" under our normal guests. We do our best to train our staff in recognising suspicious people or activities, especially when the restaurant is crowded. Unfortunately this did not help...

One of my most frequently used business hotels in The Hague. Good practical room, not very spacey but big enough, well equipped with everything you need, good breakfast and friendly efficient staff. Well functioning WiFi and free computers in the lobby. Luncheon and dinner possible, but lot of restaurants around. Location is in the middle of the center, close to...

Great location near many restaurants. I left something in the room and they efficiently collected it and returned it to me. Thanks. Parking is expensive in a nearby lot, so be sure to research that in advance.

We were upgraded to a junior suite due to a conference. The room was absolutely exceptional, offering excellent space, great amenities and at the best location of the town. Would definitely recommend!! Great value for money.

This is my second stay here and we booked for a week as a chance to reconnect with our Dutch relatives. This is a great little hotel. It is conveniently located close to the Binnenhof (Houses of Parliament), restaurants and shops. The tram stop is just up the road. Being close to the central station, it is an easy 10...

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff very friendly and professional. I guess that the hotel has been refurbished recently. The hotel is located in the center of The Hague. A good place to stay!

Standard Mercury with spacious and well-designed rooms, neat and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast and 10 minutes walk from the central station. And for once, a good desk with enough light to allow for fair working conditions in the room. Very nice! The only minus is the coffee/tea tray in the room which was NOT clean...
