The greatest thing about this hotel is the staff. Miranda and Naomi of the front office were very helpful and friendly, ensuring maximum convenience for my travel schedule. The housekeeping attendant was thorough, picking up and even folding clothes I left on the floor. The location is another strength of the hotel. Walking from Den Haag Centraal (the main training station) takes barely 20-25 minutes. At the same time, tramlines to the station or elsewhere are really close by. Lots of shops and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby...but it is still quiet at night for good sleep. The only problem was some leaking by the windows of my room and the slightly broken plastic strip of the shower door. Overall, it's a nice hotel. Miranda asked me upon checkout if I would stay in the hotel again. My answer was YES. …

Small and comforting hotel in the absolute middle of the old town. Amazingly quiet despite the central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Generous rooms with all amenities you'd think of. Highly recommended for couples.

Lovely hotel and really decent sized bathrooms in the centre of den Haag . Handy for all shops , historic visits and even a royal palace !! and staff were fabulous. Would definitely stay there again .

The hotel is beautifully located and surrounded by cafes, shopping, and dining options to entice all your taste buds. Extremely safe neighborhood and perfect for getting around Den Haag.Highly recommended this establishment and the staff at the front desk to the maid staff were so friendly.

Good hotel just a few tram stops from Den Haag Centraal Station (take tram 15 or 17 to Buitenhof) and it is a short walk from there. The Mauritshuis and Escher in Het Paleis museums are within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was very clean with a large comfortable double bed and nice towels in the bathroom. It is a shame the hotel no longer provides breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

What can I say about this fantastic hotel which was the pinnacle of my stays during my trip to the Netherlands; the staff were nice and friendly; the hotel and room was clean and spotless and the location was perfect for exploring Den Hagg. I would definitely look to stay here again on a future trip.

Wow what a great hotel! Location perfect with plenty of bars shops and restaurants only a short walk away and only a 5 minute tram ride to the station staff were very friendly and rooms a good size with comfy beds!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great central area with really nice, helpful staff. Rooms lovely, spacious and clean. Our only issue was our room was on the street side and due to the popular bar opposite, on the Saturday night we did get woken up with a fair bit of walls (not sound proofed windows). We would definitely stay again but would request a room not on the street side!

Dear guest, We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced nuisance from the sounds on the street. This cannot be completely avoided at a hotel in the center of a large city. But as you said we do have some room types in the luxury segment that are located at the backside of the hotel, where it is usually quieter.
