Came to Den Haag for a short break and to visit the Keukenhof gardens nearby. The hotel is down a narrow quaint street, there is parking available which is secure and paid to the hotel. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived after our long journey, coffee was provided, everything was explained fully and not rushed at all. We had room 107 which was a large room with a very large comfortable bed. We didn’t need much from the staff while we were there but the Polish lady ( sorry I don’t know her name) who checked us in always found time to have a pleasant chat. Breakfast there was a small offering and unfortunately for me there wasn’t any gluten free options, they do offer a small discount at a couple of local cafes. All in all a good stay

The greatest thing about this hotel is the staff. Miranda and Naomi of the front office were very helpful and friendly, ensuring maximum convenience for my travel schedule. The housekeeping attendant was thorough, picking up and even folding clothes I left on the floor.
The location is another strength of the hotel. Walking from Den Haag Centraal (the main training station) takes barely 20-25 minutes. At the same time, tramlines to the station or elsewhere are really close by. Lots of shops and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby...but it is still quiet at night for good sleep.
The only problem was some leaking by the windows of my room and the slightly broken plastic strip of the shower door.
Overall, it's a nice hotel. Miranda asked me upon checkout if I would stay in the hotel again. My answer was YES.

Stayed here one night in an executive room at the rear. These rooms are quieter , the front and side can cause noise pollution . In the small alley opposite (photo) is the access to the parking . To get to the hotel you have to go down a very narrow pedestrian street, a challenge and especially with a large car. Parking €29 per night but really ideal . There is the possibility of a small breakfast in hotel, book the day in advance. Small living room with drinks ( payment ) and coffee and tea facilities as well as cakes . There is a small lift available. Room nice and palace like decorated . Fine bed and good mattresses , bathrobes and slippers, safe and coffee and tea facilities provided . Bathroom fine, shower in the bath , if walking difficulties may be awkward . Room well darkened by the thick curtains overlooking courtyard garden. For a stay right in the center with everything within walking distance highly recommended! Have had a nice stay.

We had a very nice double room which had its windows towards a small side street filled on both sides with small tables and chairs. The people were the outside part of local restaurants and bars. They were very noisy throughout the evening until quite late. Sleeping was an issue and we were unable to open the windows as the noise would have been even worse. We understand that this is a city centre hotel but sleep should be the priority. The manager on our last day said that the windows are to be replaced so hopefully the problem may be resolved. However, our room was lovely, clean and spacious and we had a very adequate ‘small’ breakfast which was not included in the price of the room. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is perfectly situated for city exploring.

Very hospitable, friendly and correct. The temperature of the room was a bit cold, but an extra heater was provided. Breakfast not in the hotel, but in a very nice lunchroom (choice of 2, we chose Palmetta). Lively environment, great atmosphere. Directly around the corner is the French restaurant Pastis, highly recommended to combine a visit to this hotel! The small streets and the buzz in the restaurant gave us a Parisian vibe!
This hotel is within walking distance of all museums and sights of the city center and is located in the Latin Quarter of The Hague.

The room was so comfortable - felt like home away from home. The mattress was excellent and the room was decorated very elegantly, yet it felt informal and cosy. The location was excellent - in the heart of the old town, yet very quiet. We also came by bicycle and the hotel was very accommodating in storing our bikes in a secure location.

Lovely boutique place in the heart of hip and happening ‘Hof kwartier’, just minutes from Noordeinde Palace, the upscale shopping district of Hoogstraat, Noordeinde and Plaats, the ‘Buitenhof’ parliament complex, and the Mauritshuis Museum. Great places to eat and drink around the corner. Rooms are good-sized and furnished in style; so more cosy than all around efficient. Our room was at the back of the hotel, which is probably quieter than being on the lively Molenstraat (so it’s up to what you prefer). Staff is happy to help, but we visited in late June-early July, so there was no staff after five; a bit of a bother if you find out they forgot to replenish the coffee. A Nespresso machine would be more fitting in this kind of hotel. The hotel is still ‘starting back up’ after the lockdown, so no breakfast buffet (yet), and the staff is very willing to help to make the morning picknick basket to your liking. A walk-in shower to replace the shower in the tub would be a good upgrade, as would new carpeting or, better yet, wooden floors. The hotel has bicycles for rent and parking for cars. If you like style over efficiency, and old downtown over flashy suburb, this is a good bet.

We were one of only two guests here due to NL lockdown rules and arrived to learn all restaurants were closed. The owner was so kind to set up the dining room for us and directed us to a great takeaway. We dined in style with the lovely hotel to ourselves. Our room was large and nicely decorated and the location is on a pedestrian street with great shops, bars and restaurants (which are normally open). The best part was that our dog was welcome too and even got treats and a blanket to sleep on. It’s very rare to have a boutique hotel that accepts pets so we really appreciated that! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Paleis Hotel Den Haag for 3 days. We received emails and notifications from the team regarding our stay, check-in, and parking (which was appreciated because parking spaces are notoriously difficult). Everything was done smoothly. We travelled with our small dog and the wonderful people at the hotel provided us with a blanket and some doggy treats for him as well. The hotel is located in a central location with easy access to all the sights in Den Haag. Because the hotel is in the middle of a crowded, popular street, the noise from outside is heard in the rooms but the hotel provides you with earbuds so it is not a problem. All in all, a wonderful place in an amazing location with lovely people who assist you. Would definitely stay at Paleis Hotel on subsequent trips.

Nice, small and cozy Hotel with atmosphere in the city center of den Hague. However, they do not serve breakfast, which gives the hotel a big minus. They offer breakfast on cafeteria Anne&Max 2-300 meter away from eighth o’clock in the morning. But serving the food takes 30 minutes there, and to much of the morning is spoiled. With breakfast, I would have given two points more (top score)
