We stayed only for one night, but it was a very lovely stay: very nice and helpful service personal, tasty breakfast, good located fot a city trip. Lovely place if you like the old style of Holland. I only can recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night for a family party. The staff were very helpful and our room was large and comfortable - especially the bed! Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the soft boiled egg I ordered. I think it is the first time I've had a freshly cooked boiled egg in a hotel, rather than a sad half cold one! There...

My daughter and I spent four nights here and had a lovely time. It's a 17th century building with decor and furniture to suit the era - tasteful and subtle. We found staff friendly and helpful beyond what you would find in any chain hotel. The room was cosy with a lovely bathroom - great shower and nice big bath....

An absolutely delightful stay over the new Year period. The hotel organised a taxi to meet us from the airport and it worked like clockwork, despite a significant flight delay. Very welcoming and accommodating, reception provided tram tickets for purchase and advised on the best way of getting to the various sights. Breakfast was truly excellent..............and the fruit bread was...

From the first contact with the staff at the Paleis Hotel I felt a genuine interest and gracious hospitality. This sense of true service and care is not so comman these days and it certainly has a huge and very postivie impact. Small details such as all the staff communicating between themselves so that they all know who you are...

We arrived by car.and unloaded bagage. it is better to drive to car parking near by straight away as the street in front of the hotel is narrow and one way. Everything was perfect in the room cleaniness and size were great. Temprature in room was very high but it dropped when we truned down the heating. Taxi organised by...

The staff were lovely, location ideal and the bedroom was very comfortable. However, it was alarming when the heavy shower door came off when I stepped into the shower. Fortunately, I was strong enough to remove it to a safer place without damaging me or the rest of the bathroom. If it had happened to a more vulnerable person ....who...

Having spent 3 days walking round the Hague, we could not see any hotel which would be better than this one. In a central street at the heart of the old town, within 10 minutes walk of the Binnenhof and the Mauritzhuis and both artisan and high street shops on the door step. The rooms are small but quiet and...
