We stayed at Paleis Hotel Den Haag for 3 days. We received emails and notifications from the team regarding our stay, check-in, and parking (which was appreciated because parking spaces are notoriously difficult). Everything was done smoothly. We travelled with our small dog and the wonderful people at the hotel provided us with a blanket and some doggy treats for him as well. The hotel is located in a central location with easy access to all the sights in Den Haag. Because the hotel is in the middle of a crowded, popular street, the noise from outside is heard in the rooms but the hotel provides you with earbuds so it is not a problem. All in all, a wonderful place in an amazing location with lovely people who assist you. Would definitely stay at Paleis Hotel on subsequent trips.

We visited our daughter who lives in The Hague. She found Paleis Hôtel for us - what a nice surprise: staff is very friendly and responsive including at pre-checking stage, directions were very accurate, including to the excellent parking facility (extra cost). Our little dog was welcome and received his little blanket and biscuits (extra cost but worth it). The bedroom was very clean, nicely decorated with excellent bedding and good insulation. We slept like babies. No breakfast offered but the staff will organise it at close by locations (and there are plenty a lovely breakfast and brunch places in the vicinity). Location is perfect ! Simply perfect and we will be back.

Nice, small and cozy Hotel with atmosphere in the city center of den Hague. However, they do not serve breakfast, which gives the hotel a big minus. They offer breakfast on cafeteria Anne&Max 2-300 meter away from eighth o’clock in the morning. But serving the food takes 30 minutes there, and to much of the morning is spoiled. With breakfast, I would have given two points more (top score)

6 of our Book Group finally made it to the Hague after a 2 year delay due to Covid. The hotel retained our payment as we requested and did not charge us any additional amount 2 years later. Although breakfast was supposed to be included in the hotel, due to staff shortages (Covid again) we went along the same street to a fabulous cafe- Coco's- where we had a huge and beautiful breakfast on 2 mornings ans on 2 other mornings, Jeannette from the hotel ordered us breakfast from another local shop- again beyond delicious and huge- all included in our room rate. She also gave us wonderful information about local restaurants and booked for us as well. The room and bathrooms were lovely and very clean-a delightful stay!

We are 5 ladies and we had 5 rooms. We had such a lovely time at the Paleis. Everyone of the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cute, comfortable and beautifully appointed. It is situated in a lovely street with all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby. In conclusion The Paleis exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it.
