This little hotel is clean and welcoming. Convenient to the tram route there are lots of interesting streets nearby to mooch around. Easy access to some of the museums on the 16 tram. My bed was comfy and I enjoyed a quiet room and a little patio. The fan was most welcome as it was very hot weather. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good.

Small very clean room with In a quiet location. Quite a walk from the station but not too far from a group of a nice few bars along the canal. Staff were very friendly. Room mentions a kettle in the facilities but wasn’t one in the room. As soon as we asked at reception we were given one. But of a heads up - Hotel will take 1 nights payment prior to arriving and then will want the full payment and then your bank will deposit the original 1 nights payment back. Other than that being a shock would definitely recommend.

I was delighted at the contemporary feel of the foyer, very modern, very cool and was cautiously optimistic of this hotel upon arrival. Particularly given the beautiful building it sits in. These two things are the reason it has 2 stars. My room was the best part of €200 and was a single room in which i could nearly touch both walls with hands stretched out and with an old loose plug socket in the wall. An old 80s desk and chair adorned my humble abode. I was encouraged to have the breakfast by the receptionist upon arrival and paid in advance. If you like boiled plus scrambled eggs with mini pancakes along with carrots and peas (no I'm not joking) then you are in luck. Personally I would head elsewhere for the first meal of the day. Basically I wont be back!
