We had a wonderful time in hotel Petit. The rooms are very nice we love the breakfast and the staff is very sweet. It's located in a very beautiful neighborhood close to the peace palace all in walking distance. If you like to walk you can walk to the beach and downtown, but you also can take the street car....

we were very happy when we saw the Hotel Petit - the surrounding buildings of ambassadors around the globe, then the beautiful interior of the house built 1898 - and then the great support by the Hotel staff: parking the car, getting the internet connection, handling the tricky elevator, getting bus tickets to the city center or the beach. We...

The manager of the hotel - Emma - is absolutely delightful, helpful, and very welcoming. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood next to a lovely park. Brigitte, who works at the reception is charming and also exceptionally helpful. The hotel is a peaceful place to recover from a long day.

When I checked in at reception, the staff realized they'd made a mistake, having anticipated my arrival the following day. Since my intended room was already booked for the night, they upgraded me to their Ambassador Room (a mini suite) equipped with jacuzzi tub and dry sauna. The welcoming staff was most accommodating, keeping me in the same room throughout...

The hotel did fit our requirements. Visiting a daughter, we only did stay there to sleep. Thus a good bed, cleanness and a easy way to get to the center was essential. The staff was friendly. The building and the atmosphere, I liked most.

It is located in a very nice area in The Hague. This area is a bit far from The Hague center station but there is a tram station, very closed to the hotel, that can take you to the center station in 15 minutes. The hotel rooms are clean. They have a very weird, so slow elevator. I found the...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for this review. Very nice to read that you found our rooms very nice and clean. However, it surprised me that the staff were not friendly to you. Usually, this is one of our best scores. Would you please be so kind to let me know when you stayed with us, so I can...

The friendly reception was the best aspect of my stay. I had a tiny room at the top of the house, heavily intruded by eaves. The single bed was tiny and uncomfortably positioned. The 'lift' was a steel platform on top of a hoist - you need to hold the button down all the time and if not it stopped...

Dear Colin, We are very, very sorry we did not meet up to your expectations. Usually, when people book our smallest, and therefore cheapest, room, they love the old original beams we carefully preserved to maintain the old character of our 19th century building. We also regret very much that you experienced our breakfast to be a rip off. We...

This is the third time I stayed at Hotel Petit and I am most pleased with the building atmosphere, friendly staff, beautifuly surrounded by gardens and canals, comfortable rooms some of them with wonderful views, spacious showers and very good breakfast that offers the possibility to taste poffertjes one of traditional Dutch delicacies which I have not found at others...

My room was small, it was at the top of 3 flights of stairs, I even arrived to a locked door. All my dealings with the staff were great. Helpful, friendly and willing to help. From breakfast to a beer, or an offer of coffee. All in all 100% from the staff. My room was fine. A single bed, a...

The staff at this hotel were wonderful and the breakfast was quite good. However our room was the worst by far of anywhere we stayed in Europe. The room was dingy and stuffy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom old and drab. The carpets and furnishing all looked somewhat worn and dirty. I have only given it an average...

Dear Laura, You are absolutely right! The room you stayed in was one of our not renovated rooms. Unfortunately, we have not been able to do all rooms before season started, so some will have to wait until September. Thankfully, my team did great. I do hope you will stay with us again next time to see the immense difference...
